Finals are finished
Ahh, the sweet smell of another term completed. Last night I stayed up all night writing a paper for my Documentary Tradition class and I am still so exhausted. I took little power naps during class - everytime the lights were turned down and we'd get ready to watch another movie I'd feel my eyes getting heavy and I'd start to resist it, but ultimately give into the warm, dark, dream world. Then the lights would be switched on and I'd hear the professor's voice and someone would be grumbling about the kid who was snoring.
I'm really looking forward to break - I've got a lot of stuff to get done but it'll be nice just to take things in slow speed for a little while. Christmas feels like it came so quickly this year.
I'm looking forward to working after winter term finishes. I'm kind of itching to start making money and spending money. I've been thinking about leaving Drexel at the end of Winter Term and transferring to a different school in the Fall. I'm going to study Acting and Drama in either New York or stay here in Philadelphia. It's been a tough decision but I came to the conclusion that I've really deprived myself of studying and doing things that I love because I've been afraid of what other people might think. I might fall on my face and I might end up with a degree and without a job waiting for me but I think it's a dream worth chasing.
