BISON!!!!!!
You know, I've officially changed my favorite meats.
For the longest it was a debate between salmon and cow. It used to be in this order
Bear
Salmon
Beef
Lamb
Poultry (Ostrich, Quail, Turkey)
Alligator
Other Fish
Kangaroo
Chicken
Duck
Ground Beef
Pork
Now, the list has changed. I've gone bison crazy, the fatless, super protein charged cows from all over the country.
The order is now:
Bison
Yak
Salmon
Lamb
Poultry (Ostrich, Quail, Turkey)
Alligator
Other Fish
Kangaroo
Chicken
Duck
Pork
Note, beef has vacated my list. Beef is just the redheaded stepchild of my list ...
Bear has been removed because exoticmeats.com has stopped selling it. Oh well, the whole foods market and whatever store I can find around here will be my new outlet for bison now.
