Normally, when BDC plays the DC/NoVa area, my friends say "well, it's a Saturday, and we have to go to Uncle Sissy's Gothic Gay Club" or something. Well, this time, it's a Friday. So bring your bitchasses out, and enjoy the rock.
The Revelevens
Rising from the ashes of Cheerleader of the Apocalypse, the Revelevens play fast, fun
punk rock. Featuring Carrie from COTA on vocals, Sean of Die Cheerleader Die on drums, Mike Homeowner (of the Homeowners, durh) on guitar, and DCshows.net's Patrick Riggs on bass, they're gonna kick your ass.
Dean Lee & The Trash Town Menace
What can be said about this band that hasn't already been said about OJ Simpson? Lots! I don't even know what I'd call this band if I were put on the spot to pigeonhole them. Outlawcountrycowpunkrockabilly? Sure, that works. BDC has been waiting a long time to play with the incomparable Dean Lee, but we had to wait for some of his bandmates to get out of jail.
Big Daddy Fucking Chrome
You know how meatheads at bars are always claiming they've had to register their hands as lethal weapons? Those pansies have nothing on us. We had to register our ROCK as a lethal weapon, because we bring THAT MUCH OF IT. If you haven't seen us, here's your chance. We've been called "Cash meets Clash," "Merle Haggard meets Motorhead," and my personal favorite, "Sick of it All meets Lynyrd Skynyrd." You don't wanna miss this.
The downside to this show is that it's 21+. The upside is that PBR is only $1.50 all night. The show starts at 9pm, and I don't know what order we're playing in, but it shouldn't matter....everybody rocks, so you should show up for the whole thang.
