It's All Nineteen, Anyway.

I'm gonna be seeing "Serenity" in a li'l bit, because I could go for a movie, and some sick, sad part of me demands I check this thing out to see if it lives up to the hype, or dies like its flagging box office take (now a staggering $14.3 million). Sort of the same sado-masochistic tendencies that got me reading this book. More on this next time ( Read more... )

Wait. On DBZ they fight Cell in a Hell? Isn't that a little backwards?

And somehow I'd missed the bit about "dolphin-sized footprints" before. Man, that's an odd comparison.

Anyway, Mike, good job, keep going. :)

Also, how do you even know they're in Hell, given that they're fighting against an empty yellow background, just like every other scene in all 8,000 episodes of DBZ!?

Now I want to see Hagrid's dolphin-sized feet against the Big Show's typewriter-like hands.

Hmm, "The Boy Who Scored" would be a nice nickname for a certain character in my comic that may or may not ever exist.

And your comments on the description of Hagrid's footprints inspired me to waste my time on this:
"Hagrid came striding toward them... leaving a trail of muddy dolphin-sized footprints all over the floor." ...followed by Wakko, doing the same:

I probably should have added a ", Mike" to the end of that statement. In fact, I probably should have commented on a new thread rather than latching onto this one, but I wanted my drawing to be seen by others who found the dolphin-sized comment funny, and Mike's original entry is too old to get many new views now. So, I was maximizing my audience by lamely abusing the auto-notify feature of LiveJournal with a thread that was on the same topic. And, saving time by including all my comments in one comment, even though only the comic was directed at you and Brucha.
