I picked up what I BELIEVE to be a combination NES/SNES machine yesterday (I have no SNES games to try in it as of yet). Plugged it in today, popped in Maniac Mansion. Doesn't work, of course. Whatever. Pop in Mega Man 2! I'm having a blast; I know just enough about the game to do Metal Man first, things are peachy.
Now, I've never really understood where Mega Man's reputation for having AAAAAUUUUGH annoying spike/lava/whatever stages came from; up until now, I'd only played the X and Z series'.
