NYC in five minutes because I have to leave soon:
we saw all the tourist attractions except the Statue of Liberty and the Guggenheim and the Museum of Modern Art. they were about what we expected.
we unfortunately did not get a chance to see the Russian Tea Room
we met several foreigners who were just as lost as we were, a Brazilian guy about our age, a middle-aged British couple who were probably the highlight of the trip (great conversation, even if we only understood half of it), and another vaguely south american couple
we buked with a couple Koreans who we never saw and two girls from Tennessee who were pretty cool, we went out for pizza with them but didn't end up partying because Bill wants nothing to do with stoner parties because he's an uptight asshole about that stuff
yes liz, we saw the library. no liz, I didn't have a camera. it was actually more like a museum. kinda weird.
um... none of the pizza was as good as Tony's.
oh, we met up with a Korean Bill knows from ROTC, she was very very nice. and very very good-looking. we went to a toy store and saw LIFE-SIZE LEGO BATMAN
and I'm over my time limit! but I feel like there should be more to this entry.
