Shotgun Wedding Log: Where Did Six Months Go?

Nov 23, 2023 16:59

Akio had a faint smile on his lips as he headed upstairs to the apartments. In preparation for their special date, Yue had stayed over with Yui the night before, so the drummer was getting to pick the model up from the twins' place. He'd tried to think of a date that would be fun for the other man, and he wasn't sure he was going to succeed, but he was going to try. And to that end, he had decided to bring a gift. Maybe it was silly. Maybe it wouldn't be anything Yue would want. But, worst case scenario, Akio was pretty sure it would make the other man laugh.

He had done some research before purchasing this gift, wanting to make sure that it would be okay in either apartment, wherever Yue decided to keep it. He knocked on the door, small pot of gerbera daises in his hands. Potted, because cut flowers seemed so wasteful. Gerbera daisies because several online sites assured him they were cat friendly.

Yui has helped Yue to dress up a bit more than the model otherwise tends to, although it's obviously still quite casual. The guitarist is confident Akio will pick up on and enjoy the slight step up though. The older twin pre-emptively has Reno in his arms while Yue opens the door.

It may be somewhat goofy to have Akio pick him up even though they all live together, but it has the right, special feel to it, so it makes Yue happy. He really doesn't need a lot to be happy. And he gets quite the bright smile at seeing those flowers, "Oh wow, thank you Akio."

Akio absolutely did take note of Yue's look, assuming (correctly) and Yui had had a hand in it. "You look lovely." He complimented, though he was glad he hadn't dressed up too much himself. He knew Yue was more casual, so Akio had gone with a similar feeling. Actually, he thought they were on a similar level that way, so that made him rather happy. "You're welcome. I know it's kind of silly, bringing you flowers, but... I don't know. It felt right, somehow?" He explained, though he was definitely glad that Yue seemed to like them.

"It's lovely," Yue insists, very much appreciating the gesture, especially since he knows it's very much for *him*. Yui appears to take the flowers from Yue, since obviously the model's not going to be carrying them around on the date. Yui ends up putting them in the centre of the dining table. Yue steps down into the genkan to get his shoes on, and then greets Akio with a kiss before telling him, "I'm so excited for this~"

"Well, I'm glad you like them." Akio replied happily, hanging out in the genkan to wait for Yue to be ready to head out. He did nod at Yui, and blow him a kiss, but today was about Yue, so he didn't do much more than that. Then, Yue had his shoes on, and the drummer happily returned that kiss. "Yeah~? I hope I can meet your expectations~"

"You already have," Yue reassures him. He doesn't care if all they do is go for a walk in the park, he would still be happy, because what's important to him is being with Akio, and spending this time together in recognition of their relationship. Neither of them could have imagined being with one person for 6 months previously, after all.

Akio's smile softened at those words, and he leaned in for one more small kiss. "Then I won't worry too much about the rest of the date, then." He said, though that wasn't exactly true. "Are you up for a little bit of a walk to start us off?" He asked, though he was sure where he was thinking of them going first wouldn't be at all bad for the model.

Yue's pretty amused that he'd just thought how going for a walk in the park would be sufficient and then Akio asks if he's ok with going for a walk. He nods, linking his arm with Akio's, "Sure, let's go." He looks back over his shoulder, "See you tomorrow, Yui~"

Akio was very happy to have that arm linked with his, and he also looked back at their boyfriend. "Have a good night, Yui-kun. Try not to work too hard, ne~?" He teased lightly, before leading Yue out the door. "So, how was your day?" He asked while they waited for the elevator, curious since he hadn't seen Yue since the day before.

"Pretty good~ Yui and I were playing coop in this ridiculous game called crab champions -- at least when we weren't getting *distracted*," Yue replies, since there had definitely been a few make out sessions there as well.

That description made Akio laugh. "Oh? I hope no one was relying on the pair of you~" He teased. "I'm afraid to ask what in the world 'Crab Champions' is, though." He added, then stepped into the elevator when it arrived.

"I think Yui was putting off work since he knew once we headed out he wouldn't be seeing me for a while~" Yue replies, not the least of which because he'd made sure to schedule a couple of days off from work after this date so they can be really, really free. "Um. You play as crabs. With guns. And you shoot things."

"So, what you're saying is he's going to ignore my parting request~" Akio replied with amusement. He didn't argue the reason, though. He had every intention of filling Yue's night, and probably morning too, with lots of fun time for the two of them~ The description of the game made him laugh, though. "That is... very silly sounding." He agreed, though if the twins had enjoyed playing, then that made the game worthwhile enough.

Yue nods, since Yui will surely ignore Akio's request - although at least for once the very busy guitarist/manager/landlord had been taking it easy for most of the day. "It is truly, deeply silly; and a lot of fun. Especially in coop mode, and we don't have many games that can be played coop."

"Well, as long as it's fun, that's all that matters." Akio replied with gentle amusement. "And did you guys have a good night last night~?" He asked, absolutely implying everything possible with that question without *actually* saying anything.

"Mhmm, we did," Yue replies. As far as he can tell, the plan of letting Yui get used to sex by focussing on things in pairs only for now seems to be going well. It does seem like things are slower on the Yui-Akio half, but still a lot of intimacy building.

"Glad to hear it~" Akio responded, absolutely meaning it. Yes, his progress with Yui was slower, but he had always expected it would be. After all, he and Yui had the lowest prior intimacy of all of them. The fact that they were as far as they were was actually pretty impressive, in his opinion. That said, though, the elevator ride had finished, so Akio led the way out, then out of the building, and started along the way in the direction of his old apartment.

It's only as the couple is leaving the lobby of the building does Yue remove his arm from Akio's. At least he has fully confidence that Akio will know it's just his personal hang up about being out in public together and not anything about his boyfriend.

While Akio treasured any time that Yue allowed them to go out in public as an obvious couple, he knew that the model was less comfortable about PDAs, especially near the apartment, and he really didn't think too much about it these days. So, when Yue's arm was removed from his, the drummer just casually tucked his hands in his pockets and continued walking along next to his boyfriend.

If it were Ni-Chome, or something, Yue would do a little PDA but not most places. That said, even though they're not physically touching, they've been together long enough that he still feels *connected* to Akio as they walk along. "Did you plan much, or are we more going on vibes?"

"Mmmm.... little of column A, little of column B?" Akio admitted. "I tried planning it all out meticulously like I did for Yui-kun, but when I tried... it just didn't seem like us." He added with a warm smile for Yue.

Yue can't help but return that smile, and agrees, "Yeah. We're much more of a hot mess than that; it's more like us to just fall into things." He says, definitely joking about the way their relationship had started.

That description of their relationship made Akio laugh. "Yeah, I can't argue with that." He agreed. Interestingly, that joke was fairly close to what the drummer was planning for the first bit of their date. "We are a pretty *hot* hot mess, though~"

"Oh, the emphasis was definitely on the 'hot'," Yue agrees easily, enjoying their close relationship where he can make a joke like that and not for a second worry that it wouldn't be understood. He knew Akio would get it. Even if they are pretty domestic now.

That brought another chuckle from the drummer, appreciating Yue's reply. "And hopefully we can make good on the 'mess' part of it all, somewhere along the way~" Sexual innuendo? Yes. But he was also thinking about the 'hot mess' they'd been talking about before, where they just didn't make detailed plans.

Yue laughs, and says, "Even if you'd made a detailed plan, we probably would have messed it up anyways~ I'm curious to see which things were planned though." Akio knows him well enough to tell by his tone that he's not really asking to be told though. Just expressing his excitement for the evening.

"Oh, we absolutely would have. Guaranteed." Akio agreed with a grin. The instant ease he felt with Yue, the feeling that they just *knew* each other, swelled his heart with even more love for the model. "I dunno, you might find my plans cheesy~" He warned, though his smile stayed on his lips.

"I like cheesy. You're the one with a dairy intolerance," Yue retorts, definitely not talking about literal food. Akio, of the 3 of them, wouldn't feel the need to ever go on a date. Which makes the twins horrible people for constantly making the man plan dates, but whatever.

That just made the drummer snort. "Depends on the type of cheese." He shot back. Though, it *was* true that planning, and carrying out, dates was not his strong suit. It wasn't even his weak suit. He had very, very little experience at it. He was just glad that Yue loved him already, and a well-planned date wasn't needed to help their relationship out. As they continued to walk, he took them past *their* restaurant, and continued on toward his former workplace.

To be fair, Akio had done an excellent job planning a first date with Yui and that *had* been kind of necessary to help their relationship out, so he's definitely not giving himself enough credit. Yue had certainly been assuming, based on the route, that they were going to *their* restaurant, so he is definitely surprised when they walk past.

Akio glanced over at Yue curiously, wondering how Yue felt as they passed the restaurant by. He was intending to come back that way soon enough, but... "So, I thought I'd start our commemorative date where it all started." He announced, bringing them to the place the video store used to be. It was a cell phone store now, but that didn't really matter. "Remember how weird, but awesome, our meeting was~?"

Yue looks confused, passing the restaurant, but doesn't actually ask. He doesn't recognize the location of the once video store right away, but after Akio's comment, he gets it and starts laughing, "Oh, yes. When you thought I was Yui and being really stuck up~"

"Yeah~ And you thought I was a weird guy that was being way too casual with a customer." Akio agreed. Looking back on it, it was pretty interesting that they had gotten together at all. Well, except that they were both hot, horny guys that found each other attractive, and neither of them had a problem with hooking up in a situation like that.

"... and then we made out on the counter," Yue adds, since that situation had been resolved quite quickly. "I knew it'd closed; I didn't know it was a phone store now."

"Yeah, we totally did~" Akio agreed with a delighted laugh at the memory. "Yeah, I thought it would become a conbini, but I guess phone store thought it was a good location." He said with a shrug. "Anyway, this is where it all began~" Sadly, since it wasn't the same store anymore, it wasn't all *that* exciting. "Ready to head to the next stop on our nostalgia trip~?" He asked with a grin, happy to stay here and reminisce for a bit if Yue wanted, but not seeing much reason to linger (unless Yue wanted to make out against a wall here, which he doubted.

Yue smiles as the sentimentality of coming to visit here, although it being literally a phone store there's not much for them to actually do to celebrate here. So he nods, "Yes, let's head to the next stop." he agrees -- heavily suspecting it's that restaurant.

Counter to Yue's suspicion, Akio continued in the opposite direction of the Italian restaurant. After meeting, there was one other place that had been important before that, at least to him. He led the way toward a familiar, but rather rundown, apartment building.

The model had not anticipated which direction they continue on, but he definitely follows along. It's natural for him to follow Akio's lead, honestly. He's amused when he spots the building. Oh they're really, seriously on a tour of the start of their relationship. "I'm pretty glad to have a bed instead of a futon now~"

Akio grinned at that comment when Yue realized where they were. "I'm not sure I could go back to sleeping on just a futon now, honestly. I've been spoiled~" He responded with a twinkle in his eye when he glanced at his boyfriend. "Was a great setup for porn, though~ Maybe should add a TV to the bedroom..." He added thoughtfully, though not really meaning it.

"Well, not sure for sleeping though -- and we have the chaise lounge now too," Yue adds, without specifically mentioning how amazing that piece of furniture was for sex. As for porn? Honestly they could watch that on their phones if need be - or just enjoy it on the couch, so he doesn't think it's a big problem.

"Hmm~ True." Akio agreed. "Anyway, This is where we spent a *lot* of our time after we met. I have many, many *fantastic* memories of us here~" He added, happy to remember the lovely memories, both before and after they started officially dating.

Yue nods, not needing that explanation as he also has a lot of nice memories here - not the least of which being their first experiments with BDSM. He helpfully reminds Akio, "You have photographic evidence of some of those memories too."

"Oh~ I very much do~ And enjoy that evidence veeery much~" Akio agreed. "I bet there's an empty apartment we could get into if you want to try recreating one or two~" He advertised with a wink, pretty sure this was going to be a no go, but nothing ventured, nothing gained, right~"

"You are a crazy man," Yue laughs, definitely not down with that plan, although he feels genuine joy at Akio being the kind of guy who would even suggest it.

"You know it~ And you love it~" Akio replied, glancing at Yue with an amused glint in his eye. "I notice there wasn't exactly a 'no' in there...~?" He was 98% sure that had been a no, but you never know: it could be that 2% today.

"That was a no," the model retorts, laughing even louder at the idea that Akio had still held hope there. But his laughter is full of genuine joy. It's so perfect that that is something Akio would want to do to celebrate their relationship.

That confirmation of the negative wasn't a problem for Akio. He'd been expecting it, after all. The laugh was wonderful, though. "Ah well, probably just as well. Would have had to push back our reservation if it had been a yes~" The drummer added with another grin. "Speaking of... that would be our next stop~" He advertised, sure that Yue knew where they were going next.

"You would though, if I said yes," Yue replies, sure Akio wouldn't mind pushing that reservation back at all. And frankly, a reservation may or may not be necessary at the Italian restaurant he's 99% sure they're going to. "Yes, let's go eat then."

"Oh, absolutely. If you said yes, I would be calling the restaurant while we were walking inside." Akio confirmed. He wouldn't wait for the elevator: he'd have much better things to do in the elevator in that scenario. "Sounds good." He confirmed to Yue's statement. "I'm sure you know where we're going now, ne~?" He said, even as they began walking back in the direction of 'their' restaurant.

"I was pretty surprised when we walked past it earlier," Yue admits, affirming he knows where they're going. And he's sure Akio had planned this in part with the notion that he'd be surprised passing by their restaurant in mind, so it's fine to admit it.

"I mean.... that would have been the expected first stop, wouldn't it?" Akio replied, somewhat confirming Yue's suspicion. Of course, the fact that the first two "stops" had been merely for memories, that they could otherwise have just talked about.... well, Akio really had wanted to do something of a tour of the relationship, but had quickly realized that they hadn't really *gone* many places together to make that sort of thing special. So, he'd tried, but the restaurant was clearly the most important place in this tour so far.

".... in a sense, this is the first *stop*, everywhere else was a drive by," Yue retorts, as they hadn't actually gone in anywhere else. Still, the model thought the little tour was sweet, even if there weren't that many destinations. They'd gone to some clubs together, though, so maybe that was up next in the date? He's perfectly happy to head into their restaurant though.

"Hey! We *could* have had stops. Would you like to double back and makeout in the mobile phone store?" Akio asked, another wicked glint in his eyes. He already knew, for sure, that was a no. Way more public than empty apartment.

"No, again, no," Yue replies, laughing at the implication that Akio had intended them as stops (for sex) and Yue had put a kibbosh on that, even though he knows that Akio knows that he would not agree to doing it in such places.

That laugh just made Akio smile happily. "Yeah, that's what I figured." He confirmed, then added (since no one was really around that would hear them), "I kinda wish I hadn't handed in my keys so early at the movie store. If I'd held onto them until it was literally being closed, we could have done something more fun than just make out over that checkout counter~" Public? Sorta. But totally empty because the store was closed. So maybe acceptably public.

Yue's eyes go wide at that suggestion, and Akio's going to be really regretting it now because the model looks contemplative and less like that was a hard no. Although it's clearly off the table now.

And seeing that look in his boyfriend's eyes, Akio *was* kicking himself, just a little. Not that it had really been an option, since he *had* needed to nail down a new job before his went belly up, but still. "Well.... Guess I'd better keep *that* in mind for next time I work at a failing business~" He said, making it super clear that he had noticed that that situation wasn't a hard no for the model.

There had been a backroom at the business, and nobody would have been able to come in (aside from the owner who also had a key) so if they'd gone late in the evening... it seems like it would be a very private public, which would work. "I mean... hopefully you're not in *that* situation again..."

However, backroom would not be christening the checkout counter. "Yeah, I'm hoping not. But... if I can find something similar in the public/not public situation~" He left it hanging, not wanting to be too obvious while they really were in public. As long as he was fairly oblique, Yue tended not to mind too much. At least, that was Akio's experience most of the time.

Yue doesn't remember if the check out counter would be sufficiently hidden from view for his satisfaction, there was no way to check now, and it literally no longer mattered. "I don't mind the idea of it feeling not private, but I don't want any chance of actually being caught, I guess."

"Mmmmm~ I'll have to consider some options, then~" Akio almost purred. There were definitely places that were public that felt dangerous without *actually* being dangerous. That said, they'd come to the door of the Italian restaurant, and Akio held the door open for Yue to precede him into the building. "After you, love." He said, having no fear in saying that as there was no one immediately around them (though *he* wouldn't have cared if people were, but he was sensitive to his boyfriend's feelings about these things).

Yue smiles. It may not exactly be *his* thing, but how excited Akio is about the idea is always going to be more than enough for him. He doesn't respond to Akio's comment, as a waitress has already noticed them (although he doesn't think she'd heard that comment). He recognizes her, just from having been here often enough. She comes over, greets them, gets the reservation, and takes them to maybe the cutest seat in the place, a couple's table right by the window.

Once they were settled at their table, Akio smiled and thanked the waitress, taking the proffered drinks menu. Then she walked away to let them make some choices. Akio's attention went right to his boyfriend, though, not looking at their drink options just yet. "Like the table~?" He asked with a smile.

"It's lovely," Yue replies earnestly, although his countenance suggests that that's a minimization of exactly how he feels. It's definitely the most romantic table at the restaurant, and it's perfect. He's thrilled to be sitting here with his boyfriend.

"Might be my most romantic move this evening, so hopefully it's a good one~" Akio added with a grin, proving for sure that he had requested this table in particular. In fact, they had *this* reservation because there was another reservation for this table in particular for later in the evening. "Any idea on what kind of drink you'd want tonight?" Sure, they were usually beer people, but for an anniversary, there might be a different desire.

"It is," Yue replies, with a small laugh, since he suspects Akio already knows that it is a good one. As for the drinks, Yue is torn, "Hmm, I don't know. Maybe we should think about our food and ask the server for a drink pairing, or something?" That seems like the fancy way to do it, at least.

"Oooooh~ Now *that* seems fancy~ Okay, let's do that." Akio agreed. After all, since they were more beer guys, there was a good chance they wouldn't come up with good pairings otherwise by themselves. He set the drink menu down, then opened up a food menu, starting to peruse the options. Between them, they'd gone through much of the menu in the last six months, but there were sometimes specials, so checking was always good.

Yue's pleased that his suggestion was taken onboard, and leans over, looking at the menu along with Akio, "Ugh, it's always so hard to choose here, since everything is so good." After perusing the menu, he at least decides, "Let's get the bruschetta as an appetizer?"

Akio was delighted to share the menu and held it in a way that they both could easily see. "Yeah, it is. But at least we know that everything is likely to be good, so there's no wrong choice." He agreed. At that suggestion, though, he nodded easily. "Sounds like a plan. For dinner, are you feeling more seafood, or red meat?" He asked, figuring it was a meat night, and not a vegetarian night, regardless.

"I don't know," Yue admits. What catches his eye is a dish that, it has meat but it's not super meaty, "Oh, I think I want this' he says, pointing to it. It's a butternut tortellacci - cheese, butternut squash and prosciutto inside.

"Hmm~ That does look good. I kind of have my eye on this, myself." Akio responded, pointing out the seafood lasagna. The menu described it as including shrimp, scallops, crab, and white fish. Honestly, it sounded really tasty to him. But, seeing what Yue was going to order, he was looking forward to tasting that as well.

"Oooh," Yue looks over Akio's selection, knowing full well they're both gunna try the other mans' dish. "Sounds good~" he declares, not that he has any say in what Akio orders. He lets his boyfriend deal with the waiter, the ordering and the drink pairing, because he really does like having Akio take charge of things~

And Akio had no problem with making their orders. It was a little bit taking charge, a little bit 'romance movie' in his opinion. Once the waitress had disappeared with their orders, the drummer smiled over at his boyfriend. "Remember the first time we came here?" He asked, thinking about that day himself. How nervous, and yet excited, he'd felt, sitting in this restaurant with the model. Of course, the rest of that evening had been even better, but this was where he felt like their date had started that day, and it had a special place in his memories because of that.

"Yes. Because you were like 'I have something to tell you' but didn't let me know so I thought you were about to dump me, but you were actually wanting to start really dating. My heart was in my stomach the whole time," Yue replies, although his tone is light. It had been stressful at the time, but now it's a funny misunderstanding to look back on.

Akio couldn't help but chuckle at that. "Sorry. I really didn't mean to stress you out like that, back then." He knew that Yue didn't feel badly about that time anymore, though, so he didn't sound *too* apologetic. "I just remember being so excited and nervous the entire meal. I was about to burst and just babble everything at you over the food. Not sure whether that would have made the meal better, or worse, for you, honestly~" He added, a twinkle in his eye. Given Yue's dislike of PDAs, it really could have gone either way.

"I know, but that was a disaster of a dinner," Yue teases. This is all old ground they've been over before so it's not a big deal. He chuckles at the idea of Akio gushing over dinner, since that would have been sweet, if potentially embarrassing. Remembering that he recognizes the waitress, and speculating she may recognize them (sure they're not SUPER common regulars, but they come often enough, and they both stand out -- and now they're in the couples seat), "Think they've guessed about us?"

That description made Akio snicker lightly. "It really was. Thankfully, the rest of that night went much better." Well, maybe not the initial moments after getting to his apartment either, but after *that* it had been good. The question about the servers, though, made the drummer laugh lightly again. "Given that I requested *this* table? Specifically? If they haven't guessed, they're not just blind, but willingly ignorant." He responded with a warm smile. He was almost certain that their waitress, at least, knew what was going on.

"Fair," Yue agrees, although there are some people so heteropilled that they can't recognize a gay person no matter how gay unless they literally say the words. The waitress brings over the appetizer, their drinks... and a candle that she sets on the window side and lights. Seems she's on the right page.

Akio smiled warmly and thankfully at the waitress, and when she had walked away, he commented, "Well, she must get it, because I didn't even think to ask for a romantic candle." That said, he picked up his glass and held it out to clink glasses with Yue. "To six months with you, and hopefully many years to come."

"She knows a date when she sees one, I guess," Yue agrees. He picks up his glass and taps it against Akio's. That toast brings out a very warm smile. It's still kind of unbelievable for either of them to have been in a relationship for 6 months. "Absolutely, cheers." and takes a sip of his wine. They'd each gotten a specific wine recommended to them, and while they weren't big wine drinkers, it had seemed appropriate.

Akio took a sip of his own wine and was pleasantly surprised by it. He wasn't normally a white wine person, even when he had wine, but this one was a bit fruity, and that was quite nice. "Hmm... that's rather nice, actually." He commented, then set his glass back down to try some of the bruschetta. It wasn't their first time having this particular starter, but it definitely still tasted great.

"You look good, drinking wine," Yue admits, not caring whether that's really a sensible comment or not. He gets a piece of bruschetta as well, definitely enjoying the crisp acid of the dish.

"Oh? Do I? Maybe we should break out the wine glasses more often." Akio responded, not necessarily meaning that wine had to be in said glasses. After all, the visual would be the same no matter what liquid was in the glass.

"You do. A bit of an elegant contrast to your more punkish demeanor," Yue replies, not really caring if that's really the reason or not, but it sounds good. The atmosphere of the restaurant and the candle are probably doing some work too.

That reasoning made the drummer chuckle. "The braids aren't hurting the image, then, huh?" He teased lightly, continuing to enjoy their appetizer, sipping at his wine every so often. "How's your wine, by the way?" He asked, curious how that recommendation had worked out for Yue. Not that they would know how good it would be as a companion to their meals just yet, but that was okay.

Yue tilts his head at that, and admits, "Your braids are just you. The only time I've seen you without them is when we take them out and let your hair breathe for a day or two before doing it all up again." As for his wine, he says, "It tastes like wine -- maybe I'll warm to it once I get my food though."

"Hmm... would you want to see it out of braids for a longer time at some point?" Akio asked, curious. For now, he had a look to upkeep for any appearances for the band, but he could change it up at some point, if he wanted. The comment about the wine made him laugh shortly. "Fair. I was surprised by this white, honestly, so I wondered if yours was surprising as well. Maybe once it goes up against the food, though, like you said."

"I'm not going to say I wouldn't be curious to see it in a different style, but I wouldn't say I 'want' to, because what I'd like most is just... you doing you. You'll probably change it eventually -- and I'll see it then," Yue replies, confident they'd still be together then, so there's no rush.

"That works for me, then." Akio responded with a smile. "I'd probably change the colour before the style, though, honestly." He admitted, having considered purple, blond, and blue at various points before. He certainly agreed with Yue's thoughts, though: he assumed they would be together a good, long time and get to experience many differences and changes with each other.

Yue finishes up the last piece of the appetizer, and admits, "Oh, that would be fun too. I honestly don't think much about my own hair style." a hilarious admission for a LITERAL MODEL.

That admission made Akio smile, "I mean, that's probably not a bad thing. Means the agencies, or whatever, can do what they want with it more easily." He guessed. Sure, certain hair colours would work well with certain brands, but having no distinct style probably was more helpful than less.

Yue has a blank look at that for a bit, before quietly admitting, "Mostly it's just because I like looking like Yui so I try to keep it the same..." although since the needs of a model and a band are somewhat different, that may be coming to an end sooner than he'd prefer. Thankfully, their main dishes arrive then.

That blank look was not at all what Akio was expecting, but the admission nearly made the drummer burst into laughter. Instead, the sound came out more as the start of a laugh that quickly turned into a cough as he tried hard to hold back his initial reaction as their meals were served. "Well, it'll be interesting to see what happens as Yui-kun's hairstyle changes, then." He said, rather plainly, trying not to sound as incredibly amused as he was, once the waitress was gone again. Not that he had anything against the twins trying to be as physically identical as they wanted. He knew who was who, and that was all that mattered to him. If others couldn't tell the pair apart? Well, too bad for them.

Yue is quite conflicted in his feelings. It wasn't something he admitted to someone, and while Akio laughed the man had the decency to try not to laugh. It doesn't help that Yue's always felt slightly weird talking about Yui while on a date with Akio. Sure, Akio knows he's mildly in love with the guitarist, but this is Akio's time, and he wants to devote his attention to the man he's with. Slightly uncomfortable with the topic, he just shrugs, and takes the excuse of the main dishes to start to eat.

Akio's laughter hadn't been *at* Yue's reason at all, but more at himself for not realizing that was the reason for the hairstyle choice. Seeing that uncomfortable shrug, though, the drummer took a second to reach out and lay his hand gently on one of Yue's, before retreating again to let the other man eat. "Honestly, that's a really cute reason. For some reason, I hadn't thought of it being why. And if you want to keep doing it, even as Yui-kun's style changes, I won't complain. Your job might, but I won't." He assured, not sure if the assurance was necessary (he wasn't sure what, exactly, had made Yue uncomfortable, but he was thinking it was either the conversation itself, or having the conversation in public), but offering it nevertheless. Then he tried his lasagna, and was pleasantly surprised by the interplay of flavours between the food and the wine that had been paired with it.

While Yue appreciates the touch, he does mostly just want to move on with the date and not linger too much on the topic. "Well... I don't think I'll be able to. I mean I guess ask the agency, but it's not worth getting in trouble with them over." There had never been a reason not to be the same, not to go to the hairdresser together, until now was all. He tries his food and takes another sip of wine, and the pairing really brightens everything up, "Oh wow it's good."

Akio nodded at that, then let it drop since it really didn't seem like Yue wanted to talk about it anymore. He continued to eat until Yue's comment about the meal. "Oh? So the wine is a good pair for the food?" He asked, happy that his boyfriend had suggested the idea of asking for pairings, since it seemed to have worked out well for both of them.

"It's very good," Yue agrees again, before wondering, "Have we been missing out all this time by just getting beers?" Not that he regrets it too much if that's the case - they could always just ask for pairing next time they come.

Akio shrugged at the question. "Maybe? I mean, Italian food does seem like it's supposed to go with wine. But if we went for pub food? Beer all the way." The drummer responded with a smile. "But... I think we do whatever we feel like at the time, 'proper' alcohol be damned~" He grinned, "That said, this wine with this seafood lasagna is really good. Not sure I could go back to having a beer with it."

Yue smiles, and clarifies, "I meant entirely wine at this specific place, with them pairing it for us." For any place else, he's quite happy having some beer. Or maybe scotch if they're going to really splurge.

"Then I absolutely agree~ Want to try each other's pairings?" Akio asked, curious both about Yue's meal and the way the other man's wine tasted with the pasta dish.

"Of course," Yue replies brightly. They've always tried each other's food, and honestly there was no reason to balk about drinking from the same glass either. He gets one of his pieces on a fork, and offers it over for Akio.

Akio couldn't help but grin at that immediate positive reply, then leaned in to accept the offered food. "Hmmm~ That's tasty." He complimented, then reached for Yue's glass to taste the accompanying wine. "Oh! Yeah, that really works together. I can kind of see why you didn't really have an opinion on it immediately, though." He added, thinking the wine itself wasn't that interesting without the tang and spicing of the meal. "Here, try mine." He offered, getting a proper bite of the lasagna on his fork and holding it out for Yue.

"The wine was just kind of like... it's wine, on its own. But it really cuts through the fattiness of the cheese," Yue agrees, having possibly been watching some food youtube or something recently for that kind of description to come out. He eats Akio's lasagna off the fork -- much harder to get a nice bite of than his tortellini like thing, then goes for his boyfriend's red wine. "Oh that's really lovely too."

That comment about the cheese just made Akio smile, but waited for his boyfriend's thoughts on the lasagna and white wine, "Isn't it? Somehow the sort of fruity sweetness works with the seafood and white sauce. Don't know how, exactly, but it does work." He replied, taking his fork back to continue eating his own meal.

"Yeah, fruity," Yue agrees, having not quite been able to identify that flavour but it clicking as soon as Akio said it. He admits, "I would never have thought to pair fruity with seafood but it does go somehow."

"Well, at least we know we can trust wine recommendations here. And that's important for wine illiterates like us." Akio said with a warm smile for his boyfriend. But really, neither of them knew anything, really, about wine.

"Mhmm~ So it's decided then -- from now one when we come, we'll let our server pick out wine for us," Yue decides, feeling Akio will also be in favour of this decision. He's not sure he'd trust other places with this awesome responsibility.

"Sounds like an excellent plan to me." Akio responded with a warm smile, then gave most of his attention to his meal. Every so often, though, his foot would find Yue's under the table, or his eyes would meet his boyfriend's with a warm, loving gaze. Just because his mouth was busy didn't mean he couldn't use other parts of his body to subtly say 'I love you' to Yue.

The thing is, Yue knows how much it means that Akio is taking him on a date at all, as it's not really his boyfriend's inclination. So having Akio plan any kind of date is already such a huge act of love that he can float through the whole experience on that, and anything else is just bonus. Even living together, it's still just easy to have conversation, and they never seem to run out of things to talk about either, even if they're mostly eating.

There was just something so lovely in the domesticity of just being able to talk about the little things, the things that weren't earth shattering, or world changing, or relationship upending. It felt comforting, safe, and loving to Akio, and those were things he'd never thought he would want in a relationship until he had it. He'd always kind of run along the razor's edge, looking for love in all the wrong places, wanting what he couldn't have, or chasing those that didn't really want *him*. With Yue, though, he still got to have the thrill, the subtle shiver of danger, but he also got the love, and the warmth, and the stability. So talking about little things, like coworkers, or the water bottle spilled during a workout, or the way one of the cats looked like he was dancing just turned into wonderful dinner conversation by itself.

Yue has a never ending amount of stories from from modelling gigs, and they don't always get told the day they happen because of exhaustion or whatever, but something will spark a memory - and lord, models (and designers, and photographers, etc) can be ridiculous. He's enjoying his job even more than before, now that he's not still in the agency training program and doesn't have to deal with all the jealous newbies. He finishes his dinner with a sigh, and complains, "I want dessert but I don't think I have space."

As much as Yue loved telling his work stories, Akio loved hearing about them. It always seemed like *something* funny or ridiculous happened at the shoots. He had to chuckle again, though, at Yue's complaint. "That's alright. I'm sure we can find a place for dessert later, if we're feeling it." He replied, not having any concrete plans on that, but having faith they could find something when the time came without too much trouble. He finished off his own last bite, then worked on finishing his wine.

"Mmm, that's a good point," Yue admits. There are crepe stores, donut stores, and all sorts of cafes with lovely desserts around Tokyo, so it shouldn't be a problem. The model leans back, feeling like he has something of a food baby from all the yummy food, and enjoys nursing his wine while looking out the window at the darkening sky.

Akio gave a gentle sigh of satisfaction as he unconsciously mirrored Yue's position. As they quietly sipped their wine, the waitress came by to collect their plates and ask about dessert. She seemed a little disappointed when Akio declined the offer, but agreed to bring the bill instead. She didn't hurry back, though, so they were able to finish their drinks uninterrupted. "Tummy up to traveling yet?" He asked his boyfriend, setting his empty glass back on the table.

Ok, Yue is now pretty convinced that their waitress is cheering for them as a couple, or maybe just enjoying the eyecandy of them sitting around the restaurant. As for Akio's question, he admits, "It depends? Do I just have to waddle my way to a train, or are we looking at a lot of walking right away?"

"Waddling your cute ass to the train station so we can go to ni-chome." Akio responded warmly, meaning every word. Thankfully, those words were well out of his mouth when the waitress returned, bill in hand. "I'll just go pay for this." He said, before getting up to do so. "You can start waddling for the door~" He added with an amused flicker in his eyes.

"That I can do," Yue replies, pretty amused at the existence of the phrase 'waddling your cute ass', and also very pleased hearing they're heading to ni-chome, one of the few places where he feels ok walking around hand in hand (or arms around shoulders) with Akio. He does stand up from the table, and he's not actually so badly off that he has to waddle to the door. There is an 'oof' that comes out of his mouth when he first stands though.

Once he had taken care of paying for their meal, Akio winked at their smiling waitress, who blushed lightly, but gave him a subtle thumbs up. Yeah, she knew what was up. Hopefully they would see her again next time they came to the restaurant. that settled, though, his mind swung 100% to Yue and he met his boyfriend at the door. "Shall we?" He asked, opening the door for the other man.

"Yes, let's," Yue agrees, amused at the random, more polite language they're using for no reason now. He heads out with Akio, surviving the trip to the train station. It's not that long a trip, so it's not even super worth it to sit on the way to Shinjuku, despite his previous complaints about his belly, he's mostly fine, really.

Akio just liked the silliness of the heightened politeness when holding the door for Yue, nothing more. He was good on their walk to the station, though, not even brushing their fingers together as they walked. And for all Yue's talk of waddling, it never seemed to manifest, meaning the drummer didn't get to see the adorableness he imagined with that wording actually come to life. Once they arrived in ni-chome, though, he took absolutely no time in reaching for Yue's hand, wanting to have that little bit of boyfriendliness now that he was sure the other man would be okay with it.

Yue just as eagerly matches hands with Akio, and gives the drummer's strong hand a squeeze too. "I mean, but let's be real, this is the best place on earth, right?" The model replies. Ni-chome being the place where it feels MORE NORMAL to be a gay couple than anyone else.

Akio returned that squeeze happily. "I mean, I haven't been everywhere on earth to know, but this place *is* pretty damn amazing." He agreed. "So, I was thinking club... but I'm curious how that food baby is treating you before I put more alcohol in you and get you dancing." After all, there were bars around that they could sit down and nurse a drink instead for a bit if Yue wasn't up to dancing yet.

The model laughs at the concern for his full belly, and insists, "I'm fine, really. I was exaggerating earlier." And they have had like 20 minutes so some stuff has had time to digest. Besides, alcohol on a full tummy means he can drink more without getting drunk, so it's a fine time to drink, dance and be merry.

"Hey, I'm just making sure I'm not going to be the cause of puke on the dance floor." Akio responded with a grin, then added, "So.... any preference on club? Do you have a favourite? Or... one we should avoid?" Sure, this wasn't their first time here together, but they'd either come with an intended destination, or just let fate move them before. Today was kind of a middle ground to that. The drummer hadn't decided where they would go, but he wanted it to be somewhere that Yue actually *wanted* to go, not just wherever the winds took them -- unless that was what the model was feeling like, of course.

"Uhh, not the Brick," Yue says. It's about his least favourite - it seems like more people there are looking to get fucked on the floor or in the bathroom than anything else, versus other clubs where that happens sometimes but it's not like, half the people there.

"Okay, noted." Akio responded, not entirely surprised by Yue's distaste for the club. Honestly, Akio had rather liked the Brick for exactly the reasons that Yue *didn't* like it, but he was very happily involved with hot twins. He did not need to sate his public sex, not his voyeuristic desires by going to a place like that these days. "Any other absolute nos? Or Should we just walk by until we hear a beat or a song we like?"

"That's the only one I remember - I haven't been coming to the clubs so much recently," Yue admits, which he's sure is the same for Akio too - although Akio goes on more dates than him, since Akio is romancing Yui, so the drummer may actually come more often than him. "Maybe we should try a new place? See if it's any good, and if not fall back to one of the classics?"

There's always a handful of new places popping up - and typically going under again just as fast.

"Sounds good." Akio agreed with a smile, then headed down the street with his boyfriend. They passed a couple of very popular clubs that they had both been to in the past, and had somehow stood the test of time, including the aforementioned Brick. Further down the street they hit some popular bars... and then they came to the first club that was new to Akio. He thought it might have been there the last time he was out this way with Yui, but he certainly hadn't chanced the atmosphere of an unknown with the older twin. "Is this place new to you too?" He asked, curious if it really was new, or if he'd just missed it in the past.

Yue takes a moment considering it, then shakes his head, "Yeah, I don't know it. So... let's check it out then." He says, since that was the plan they'd mutually agreed on. Doesn't take them too long to get in, which suggests it's not brand new as brand new things tend of always have lines in TOkyo.

"I think it was here when I came this way with Yui-kun last, but couldn't say for sure." Akio admitted while they were in the relatively short line. Once they were inside, the drummer took stock of the area. It looked like the clientele was generally around their age, which he supposed made sense. Older guys would probably be more drawn to the tried and true clubs, where new clubs were more of a young man's thing (at least in his opinion). "Ready to see how strong, or weak, the drinks are?" He asked over the pounding beat of the music.

"That's the first real test, right?" Yue agrees, and entrance includes drink tickets so you're wasting money if you don't get drinks anyways. He sticks by Akio's side as they head to the bar, knowing better than to separate in a place like this.

And Akio hadn't let go of Yue's hand for a second. He wasn't worried about other guys approaching his boyfriend the way he might with Yui (Yue certainly knew how to rebuff unwanted advances in a situation like this), but he just liked having that physical connection (and also didn't want to get separated in the crowd if they didn't have to). He led them up to the bar, then ordered them each a beer before belatedly glancing back at Yue in question. After all, he *could* change their order before the bartender poured, but he was almost certain that beer was the name of the game after the wine earlier.

Just because Yue could tell off guys who tried anything, doesn't mean he wants to have to. It's much easier to just stay close with Akio and let that fend them off. Yue's fine with beer. He doesn't want to mix cocktails with wine, as his stomach isn't mega used to either, so beer seems much safer. He gives Akio a smile.

Akio returned that smile, then turned his attention back to the bar, accepting that expression as agreement with his drink choice. Once the beers were in front of him, he passed one to Yue, then grabbed the other for himself, not letting Yue go even then. "See anywhere for us to sit? Or should we find a patch of wall to lean against together while we drink?" He asked, not even entertaining the stools at the bar as an option. For one, it was crowded. For another, that seemed far more geared toward singles looking, or wanting to be found.

"The tables seem pretty full," Yue admits, having looked around some while Akio was getting their drinks, "So I guess we're finding a place to lean." Taking his boyfriend's hands again, they go together, it not taking too long to find a place they can enjoy their drinks.

"Sad. Ah well." Akio observed, then moved toward the wall with Yue. Once they found a space, he got his free arm around Yue's waist and took a sip of his beer. He mulled it around in his mouth, then shrugged. "Not the worst I've ever had." He decided, then took another drink.

The model gives a careful sip as well, agreeing with the sentiment, "It's not great beer; but at least they haven't watered it down or anything. And the music seems pretty decent." None of the weird skipping that some clubs do, and that he can't stand.

Akio nodded along with Yue's assessment of the music, "And I don't see anyone actively engaged in sex from here either." He added with a smile for his boyfriend before having another drink. There were lots of guys grinding against each other, but it seemed like anyone wanting to get off immediately was being circumspect and disappearing to the bathroom first.

"When you say that, it sounds like you're accusing me of being a prude," Yue jokes, definitely not actually feeling that way. No sane person would define prude solely as 'won't fuck on the club dance floor', after all.

"Oh, no, definitely not that." Akio replied with a laugh. "I was just pointing out that your greatest complaint about the one place you didn't want to go to wasn't happening here, that's all." The drummer added with a smile for his boyfriend. "Trust me, I don't think of you as a prude at all, Yue. Well.... maybe a little, when it comes to spotters~" He teased, not meaning a single word of that, and fairly sure that the grin that accompanied them illustrated that, if his tone didn't already.

"If I'm prude, I'd hate to see what a wild person looks like," Yue replies. He has things he's uncomfortable with, like fucking in public or yes, someone he doesn't know being a spotter, but overall there are plenty of things he likes to do so he's not worried about that. He has a sip of his drink, clearly unworried.

That retort made Akio snort with laughter. "I mean, we could always make a stop at the Lion's Den on the way home and find someone that fits that description so you could see what a 'wild person' looks like~" He offered, though even he wasn't sure that he could find someone there that enjoyed everything Yue did *plus* public sex and the like to make good on that idea.

"Don't you have enough boyfriends?" Yue jokes, full well knowing that Akio certainly wasn't looking for that, but taking advantage of the implication that that would theoretically appeal to Akio.

"Oh, definitely. I couldn't handle another!" Akio agreed, then grinned, "But that doesn't mean we couldn't play with someone willing for a night~" He added, though he certainly wasn't seriously thinking of doing that. And even if he was, he would never do so without getting some kind of okay from Yui first. They were all three in this together, and anything like that would need acceptance from all three of them, in his opinion.

"Yeah, not on *my* date, thank you very much," Yue replies, as this evening was very much about him and Akio. Honestly his knee jerk reaction to playing with someone else for a night is very much no, although there may theoretically be some situation where he'd be ok with it.

Akio leaned up slightly to press a kiss to Yue's cheek. "Yeah, I know. And you know I was just teasing, right?" He checked, just wanting to be sure. The fact that he didn't press the teasing and ask 'Does that mean I should try on one of Yui-kun's dates' really did show that he wasn't interested in teasing Yue too much (or divert the date too far away from Yue himself).

"Yes, I know," Yue replies. Maybe there had been a time where he was anxious that Akio might find someone he likes better, but he understands quite well how deeply Akio loves him, so he doesn't have such concerns anymore. "I was mostly just teasing back."

"Good." Akio responded warmly. He didn't mind being teased in return. As long as they both knew they were teasing each other, it was all good to him. "So... no sex on the dancefloor, no playing around with a wild boy... I wonder what we'll get up to tonight worthy of a six month date~" He pondered aloud, knowing they would think of something, if neither of them had ideas quite yet.

"I mean, I'm open to, say, having a nice date, dancing on the dance floor, going home and having some fun in the playroom or the bedroom," Yue replies, well aware it's a traditional plan, but he doesn't see anything wrong with it at all.

"I mean, that was the general plan~" Akio agreed with a smirk. He'd been more thinking *what* fun they might have in the playroom. He didn't elaborate, though, instead opting to take a deep drink of his beer.

The model smiles, replying, "Oh, good." He's less concerned about what they'll be doing in the playroom, not because he doesn't care, but because he has confidence that it'll be fun regardless.

"Hope that's not too boring." The drummer replied with a wink for his boyfriend. He was pretty sure it was okay, but he really wasn't the best (or close to best) at planning or executing dates, after all.

"I think I'll manage," Yue teases, having another sip of his drink, before insisting, "I told you before; I don't need extravagant or wild dates. I'm just happy to get to go out with you sometimes."

"I'm glad." Akio responded warmly. Yes, he would absolutely put in the effort if Yue wanted something more elaborate, but he was glad that they were more on the same wavelength in this. For their actual anniversary, though, he was absolutely going to lean on his best friend's experience. One year was an important milestone, and it needed to be celebrated as such. But... that was another six months away, so he had time to get that figured out.

"You know the more I listen, the music here is pretty good," Yue replies. It's very danceable at least. Maybe not enough rock and roll for his boyfriend's taste -- in fact he doesn't think he's heard a guitar yet, but that should be ok.

"It certainly has the right dance beat." Akio agreed. It might not be the kind of music he would turn on to listen to for fun himself, but for a club it was certainly the right type of music, and not bad at that. "Looking forward to doing some dancing?" He asked before taking another drink from his cup.

The model smiles at that question, "Of course I am. I have a great dance partner here with me, after all." Who wouldn't want to dance with a man as handsome as Akio, after all?

That compliment made Akio laugh a little, "Okay, now I know you're just flirting. I am no kind of great dancer. I *will* enjoy dancing right up against you, though~" He added with a grin. He was trying not to compare either himself to Kenta or Yue to Yui in his thoughts about dancing here. After all, he and Yue were he and Yue, and that was a special sort of thing that had nothing to do with anyone else.

"See, you're assuming 'great dance partner' means 'dance partner who's great at dancing'. And that is not what I mean," Yue replies. If he wanted *that* he'd still be with Kenta. "But I *know* it's going to feel great dancing with you, with those big hands around me~"

"Ah~ You're right, I did make that assumption. But you mean great *for you* and what you want when dancing." Akio replied, understanding Yue's meaning now. "Oh, have no fear: my hands will absolutely be on and around you while we dance~"

"Yes, exactly. Great for me to dance with~" Yue agrees. Those muscular arms around him are always welcome, and the dance floor is no exception to that. He doesn't hide how pleased he feels at Akio's declaration about his hands gunna be on him, but he does have some of his drink. Needs to finish that up so that they can get on the dance floor.

Akio just grinned at being agreed with, then took another good drink from his beer. He, too, was looking to finish it up so that they could go do some of the dancing they'd been talking about.

They chat a little more while they drink, then it's finally time to abandon their glasses and head out onto the dance floor. He immediately gets his hands onto his boyfriend's strong shoulders.

Akio was only too happy to head onto the dancefloor, and they didn't have much trouble finding a spot to dance. He got his arms around Yue's waist to start, not pulling the model right up against him yet, but enjoying the feel of the other man's hands on his shoulders while his rested against the base of his boyfriend's spine. For the first few minutes, it was nice just letting their bodies find the beat to sway to.

Honestly, even not doing anything, there's something wonderfully sinful about his boyfriend's hands. They're big, strong, warm, and in Yue's *mind* he knows the kinds of things they can do, and that's enough to be exciting.

Once their bodies had begun to sway some to the beat, Akio let one hand move, just a little, in an up and down motion on Yue's lower back, moving at the same rate as the beat of the music.

Yue is, as always, very tactile, so while it's a subtle motion he definitely notices it. He doesn't bother *saying* how much he likes it, since the music is loud, and he's sure it shows well on his face anyways.

The change in Yue's expression at that touch certainly spoke volumes of enjoyment to the drummer, and Akio couldn't help but smile. Just as the model didn't need to voice his feelings, Akio didn't have to question it. He didn't do anything more than he already was, but it just felt good: having Yue in his arms, the sound and feel of the music, the air pressure of the other dancers around them, and the strangely good smell of the club: a mix of sweat, alcohol, drugs, and sex.

There's something about dancing in a club with someone you love that is a heady experience. They're not drunk, or high, or that crazy turned out, but it still feels like one's mind is in an altered state somehow. Maybe it's the bass, just pounding through the bones.

There was certainly something heady about being in this place *with* someone, rather than being on the prowl *looking* for someone. It was more enjoyable, in a way. No searching. No dealing with the hit and miss of flirting with other men, trying to find someone interested in the same nightly activities that night. No... no this was better. He knew who he was going home with, and he knew that his boyfriend was very interested in the same games and fun as he was. Instead, they could just concentrate on enjoying and working each other up~

"This is fun~" Yue says, after a song or two has gone by. He can enjoy the moment of dancing more, since it doesn't have that 'trying to get laid' pressure it used to have when he was in the clubs.

"Agreed." Akio responded with a grin. That said, he did tighten his hold on Yue and brought the other man closer so that they could dance up against each other some more. "So, so much better than trying to find some random guy to warm my bed tonight~" He added, moving his hips against his boyfriend's.

"Mmm~" a pleased sound escapes Yue's mouth as their bodies come closer, and their hips start moving against each other. He has to agree, "It's definitely nice, never having to worry about that again." The only way he ends up alone in bed is if the other two are having a private night, and even then he knows that the next night he won't be alone.

"Definitely." Akio agreed, his tone loving, even as his body took things in a far sexier direction. Things were going well with Yui, so he was certainly hopeful that *he* would never have to worry about prowling a club again. And those nights that he was alone because the twins were having some private time? Well, he used those nights to actually enjoy quiet, alone things. It was a novelty to be savoured rather than a disappointment or inconvenience at this point.

Yue lets his own hands trace down from Akio's shoulders, over those muscular shoulder blades, and onto the other man's back, loving the way their bodies are moving in sync -- and they certainly have enough practice moving together to be good at that. He leans over to kiss Akio too, a bit more comfortable with public things in a safe context like literally being in a gay club.

While Akio knew that Yue generally felt freer in places like this, he liked to let the model lead in exactly how intimate he wanted to be. But, when Yue leaned down for that kiss, Akio engaged with it wholeheartedly. He didn't take it too far, but he certainly let the heat sizzle behind it as their bodies moved, almost instinctively now, together to the music.

A kiss definitely doesn't have to be face devouring to be passionate, and this kiss is even better because it's full of promise for a fun evening to come as well. The model looks quite pleased when it's done, and the evening ends up just flying by as they dance, touch, and occasionally share more such kisses.
