Typically University of Phoenix
Go figure, once one of my financial advisers managed to get on my good side, they switch me to another one that is making me raise my eyebrows. I confirmed that my last name was changed when I attended my first physical class and he had my married name. I just got an email from the new adviser saying that I hadn't changed my name but that I would need to do that. I called her up, got her voicemail, let her know that
A. I am still waiting to change my name with FAFSA
B. I have changed my name with University of Phoenix
C. I have seen the online environment shift back and forth between my married and maiden name
D. My teacher had my married name on the roster
E. Where did she find her information?
F. I have had my paperwork in for a while
G. I actually had to do it twice, so the person in charge of that made sure to tell me when it got fixed
