I've found that ginger tea can help with some of the worst symptoms if you drink it at regular intervals. Perhaps you could try that?

If the rest of your friends don't mind, I would love that, and I'm sure Naoki would as well. Sanji is quite an impressive cook-- he's stopped by to cook for us or brought us food once or twice before. You're very lucky to be able to eat that on a regular basis.
