[Ragna happened to hear that journal broadcast, which enticed him to go and meet the two without saying a word over the journal. Which will lead to him actually going down into the tunnels.

Only to kind of meld out of the darkness in a part of the tunnel to say hello when they least expect it. Not creepy at all, right?]

[Not creepy at all. Just like Noel is your sister, Ragna. BUUUURN. In any case, he'll find the two of them not terribly far from the entrance, along the wall a few doorways down the long passageway. The reason they haven't left yet is probably obvious; Nami's quietly awake with her journal propped open on her lap. Noel? Not so much. Sleeping with her head on Nami's shoulder and looking rather dead to the world.
