Because that is exactly how people treated it when they told me. Kidnappings will happen and there's nothing any of us can do about it. It's frustrating. [his voice sounded bitter and angry. He didn't agree with how everyone was taking the kidnappings. He already knows that's just how things are here, but that doesn't stop him from being a little annoyed]
