First of all, I’m sorry if I had made you waiting for this post. I know I’m late… no, I should say that I was too late. Recently I have some health problems that forced me to be apart from my laptop (ughh… I’m getting old, lol) but don’t worry, I’ll manage what I can.
Here is the summary of the show (sorry but I gotta make it as short as possible).
Ken’s fridge is full with all type of ice creams. Ken wants to watch Home Alone while eating ice creams. XD
Then Ken asked permission to touch Naito’s stomach, hehe.
Naito: Ouch! That’s hurt!
Ken: Show me your stomach. Make it normal, don’t shrink your belly!
Naito: Hahaha. You got me!
Ken: Of course I do. How old are you?
Naito: 26.
Ken: 26, I see… Unfortunately you’d better go to the gym.
For the first time in his life, Ken reached 58.85 kg of weight. After exercised & avoided rice, sugar & fat, he was able to lose 4kg in a week! Sugoi!!!
Ken said every time he starts a diet, it will affect his cheek first, not his tummy. So he got to control what he eats. To prevent a gaunt face, Ken only took sugar in his breakfast coz he believes that the sugar have enough time to be digested & to be used as energy. He won’t take any fruit or vegetable that contains sugar except in the morning.
Other tips:
☑Do not eat after 8 pm. (the ideal time actually 6 pm)
☑ Eat in small amount (not in a mouthful).
☑ Chew food in the mouth up to 30 times would help to feel full faster.
☑ Eat in correct order; start with soup, vegetables & main dish.
☑ Reduce the quantity of carbohydrate. Do not eat rice together with the side dish.
☑ Do some calorie calculation. If you took a certain calorie, make sure you do some exercise to burn the same amount of calorie that you had taken.
☑ Using a wristband to track calories, steps taken, sleep, etc & see the data through associated application.
Ken also mentioned about training. If he wasn’t an idol, probably he won’t do training. He’s doing it to stay in shape.
Q1: It’s gonna be a year for me as a V6’s fan. Since I watched V6 singing the debut song on the BEST ARTISTS last year, I fell in love with Ken-kun at the first sight. Not only that, I’ve also influenced my grandma to become V6’s fan. She’s Inocchi & Ken-kun’s fan.
We’re going to the 20th anniversary concert next year.

Ken found out that kabe-don is actually illegal coz it’s considered obscene to push someone to the wall by force so she cannot move & unable to protect herself.
Another trend that is popular right now is called “agokui.” It’s a situation where the guy lifts up the girl's chin to make direct eye contact with her.
Naito: I heard about “mata-don” as well. It’s similar with kabe-don but someone put his knee or foot between the other’s thighs.
Ken: The guy?

Q2: I’m a new fan of V6 & I’ve started to read the radio’s diary since I cannot listen to it earlier. I was surprised to found out that you talked about erotic things quite a lot.
Ken never listened back to what he has said or read again any mail that he received, so he doesn’t realize that matter. XD
He knows many listeners are student & can’t listen to his radio on real time so they recorded his show & listen to it in the morning, while having breakfast with their family & suddenly ‘eroken’ spoiled the mood. XDDD
Ken got some complaints about that from the listeners so he has tried to reduce his ‘eroken,’ he thought it's getting better than before.
