♥Miyake Ken no Radio♥

Q1 & Q2: Many fans are curious about the photos that Ken had posted on niko ken & wonder where did he go in Kyoto & Hyogo.
Ken doesn’t know why but since he plays Iehira role, his appetite becomes so fearful. He keeps eating from place to place, like Niizuma Seiko-san who also loves eating. In Aichi, Ken ate hitsumabushi while in Hiroshima, he ate yakiniku + okonomiyaki.
Hitsumabushi
At first, Ken & Niizuma-san don’t have contact number of each other but they always meet in the make-up room & exchange info about good place to eat. Finally they exchanged contact number & communicate using LINE.
One day the producer wanted to treat Ken with yakiniku but Ken decided to control his appetite so he told the producer that he’d like to eat something lighter. So, the producer chose oden. At first, Ken didn’t really excited coz oden is not his favorite dish. Usually he only eats certain ingredients in oden; fish cake, egg, konnyaku & radish. But after he tasted it, Ken was surprised that oden is really delicious.
He also sent the photo of each menu he had to Niizuma-san, just to make her envy, lol. Ken also wished that he could take Mama together.
Then Ken continues talking about the dishes at the oden restaurant which I’m very lazy to translate (sorry girls).
Anyway Ken brought back the oden soup & boiled it in the next morning at the theater venue so the rest of the actors could taste it too. That time, all the actors were in the middle of make-up process when the oden was ready. So a staff took a picture of them gathering around the oden. Ken said they all looked like Japanese version of “Adam’s Family.” XDDD
Ken also found a great Chinese food restaurant in Osaka & even Mama has never been there before. Ken was too excited about it so he immediately called Mama after he returned to the hotel to tell him about his finding. Ken also went to the restaurant twice coz he loves their dishes very much.
Ken went to his favorite Japanese restaurant in Kyoto as well. He really loves the food & their original tableware (he had mentioned about this restaurant before in previous show). Ken wanted to eat warabimochi but the queue was too long, so he gave up & only ate kudzu starch noodles aka kuzukiri.

Near the theater venue in Nishinomiya, there’s a shopping mall (Hankyu Nishinomiya Gardens) which has 2 floors of food stalls. Ken would like to eat sushi before the performance starts, but there’re too many people, so he gave up & decided to go there again in the night after the performance ended.
Then, he met Niizuma-san, who only eaten salad at the dining hall in the theater venue. Ken asked her whether she would like to join him eating sushi at Gardens. At first she hesitated coz she didn’t clean her make-up yet (she needs an hour just to clean her make-up) but Ken tried to convince her that she will be fine & nobody will notice her. Finally she agreed & went to Gardens with Ken. But she did her best to hide her face along the way & also when she making order at the sushi bar. XD
