Navigator: Miyake Ken
Instructor: Hayase Kentaro
Assistant: Kaneko Mami
Ken: Good afternoon. I’m Miyake Ken. Today also let’s have fun learning together!
Hayase: Today’s theme is ‘school.’
Hayase: What made you interested to learn sign language, Miyake-san?
Ken: About 8 years ago, when V6 were having a shake hand event, a deaf girl came to me & spoke to me using sign language. But that time I knew nothing about sign language, so I cannot answer her. I kept thinking about her so I started to attend a sign language class in my area. After I graduated from the course, there is 5 years gap. So when I was given responsibility to be a navigator in this show, I’ve to start as a beginner & I want to learn together with everyone.
Kaneko: Wonderful! What a nice story.
Ken: Thank you very much. Does the story touch your heart?
Hayase: No, not particularly (laugh). Okay, I just kidding!
It’s all because of that girl, right? It’s gonna be nice if more people get interested to learn sign language like Miyake-san.
