I want to be engaged in what I'm doing. I want to problem solve, and to figure things out, and create solutions to stuff that's going on. I don't want impossible tasks, but things with in my realm of abilities....and training to expand my abilities and knowledges, so I can solve bigger and more complicated problems.
I do not want busy work.
And I understand that anywhere, in any job, there are going to be boring hum drum kind of days, and I can accept that. But not days on end. Not an endless repitition of button pushing. Because that's what's going on now.
