Yes, we are still going strong. Coming up to 18 months now, which is great! He is studying his second year in Theology and I am nearly through my first year as a paid youth and community worker and I am loving every minute of it.
I officially opened the youth cafe last friday. It was awesome! 16 kids came along, which was a great starting number. More will be there this friday because the local high school band is coming to play! So we will have bouncers on the door (aka David & Stephan) LOL!
My house is so purdy now! It has been decorated and it has my touch on it! I will start on my back garden when it gets warmer. It's warm but there are to many rainy spells for my liking, therefore, I shall be patient and wait!
It's cool having your own place! I was up at 7am this morning, eating breakfast and watching Garden State, which is a brill movie! If you have not had the joy of watching this movie, then go for it, it's cool! So anyway, I was watching this film and eating my breakfast whilst planning the primary assembly. I have just finished there half an hour ago and now I am applying to fund's for some money for the project. I have two meetings today and Gav is coming around tonight for food.....soo...busy busy busy!!!
I am going to the Algarve in summer!! With Gav's family!! I can't wait!! I need a break, so this is just the thing I need. Sun, pool, wine and sleep!! Great combination if you ask me.
Anyway, I shall stop slacking and get back to work.
