HIKARU NO GO
The first character I fell in love with:
Considering that I first watched this in high school, it was most likely Touya Akira.
The character who is my 'baby':
None of them. All of them. What? Mitani. He's a little punk, but I like his carrot head and his socks with the stripes. I'm glad they added Kaneko to the Go club because she puts him in his place, pfft.
The character who I do not understand:
I think I've got a pretty good grasp on most of the characters, regardless of whether or not I share their views/agree with them. If I've gotta comment on a character though, I'd like to ask why Ko Yong-ha is such a buttwipe. But hey, he's got the looks, he's got the skills; I guess those are as good a pair of reasons as any. Still. Ugh.
The character that I think the show ruined:
None comes to mind; they pretty much read the same way the manga does. Er, but why did they make Touya's hair green and not that dark purple that's in the manga?
The most attractive male and female character:
Pfft, considering that you could count the entire named female cast on one hand... Nase. She's pretty cool though. (I also liked Mitani's sister.) Ko Yong-ha arguably has the prettiest face, but Touya will always rank higher for me. I like Hikaru's face most, but a lot of that is due to seeing the variety of expressions he makes in the manga. It's nice. (In terms of type, Yashiro is probably closest. Or Mitani.)
The character death that was the worst for me:
There was only one big one (unless you count Shusaku), but I don't think I'll ever stop tearing up at the separation scene. Or the search. It hit me pretty hard in comparison to general anime deaths.
The character that is the most like me:
I actually found Honda to be pretty relatable: talented but not genius-level, and sorta struggling in pursuit of his passions, even though he doubts his own skill. The scene of him crying when he realized that he failed the exam moved me.
The character I think the writer(s) love:
Well, I did see a comment that implied that the reason Kaga didn't show up more was because he was such a headstrong character that he didn't want to play a supporting role --with such a strong voice, I'm thinking maybe he'd left some impression on Hotta. Other than that, maybe Sai? I mean, who doesn't love Sai?
The character that I just want to be happy:
ALL OF THEM. Good grief, seriously all of them. I want Ogata and Touya Kouyou to be able to play Sai again, and Sai to play everyone, and Hikaru to keep dreaming about Sai, and Touya Akira and Hikaru to play go forever. Seriously, they are precious.
My four favorite characters, past or present:
(In order:) Hikaru, Akira, Sai, Mitani.
My four least favorite characters, past or present:
(In order:) Ko Yong-ha, Dake (the old dude who cheated Mitani), Mashiba, and Ochi.

OOKIKU FURIKABUTTE
The first character I fell in love with:
Mihashi. It was a tentative start, but Mihashi was immediately endearing once I grasped his character.
The character who is my 'baby':
Mihashi again. Also Sakaeguchi who is a sweetheart, and Nishihiro because he's frickin' precious and too easily forgotten.
The character who I do not understand:
Nah, they pretty much explain everything with backstories of some sort, the characters are easy enough to understand.
The character that I think the show ruined:
None come to mind, although I wish they included the backstories that gave you more insight on the secondary characters.
The most attractive male and female character:
Good grief, I don't know if Oofuri works that way. From the other fans I've met, it seems like everyone has their own favorites. Hanai's at the top of mine, aha, Tajima has the best personality, and something tells me Haruna's pulled some fans despite being a bit of an asshat (well, he gets better).
The character death that was the worst for me:
Good grief, it's not that sort of anime.
The character that is the most like me:
Mihashi, aha. I relate to the underdogs who have passion for their interests, especially if they're a bit awkward and dorky.
The character I think the writer(s) love:
Probably either Mihashi or Abe. Don't writers generally like the main characters?
The character that I just want to be happy:
Again, ALL OF THEM. Well, all of Nishiura, anyways. If I had to be specific, I'm rooting for Mihashi.
My four favorite characters, past or present:
(In order:) Hanai, Mihashi, Abe, Tajima. (Though this changes regularly --Nishihiro and Sakaeguchi sometimes makes the list.)
My four least favorite characters, past or present:
(In order:) Roka and Haruna. Pretty much those two. And Mihashi's old team.

ONE PIECE
The first character I fell in love with:
Zoro, probably. He was a favorite then, and he's a favorite now.
The character who is my 'baby':
Law...ish? Idk. They don't really have 'baby' types.
The character who I do not understand:
I try not to think too hard when it comes to One Piece --rather, I go with selective thinking. *facepalm*
The character that I think the show ruined:
Why did they kill you-know-who? Ugh, I get why, I just didn't like that they did it.
The most attractive male and female character:
Subjective, but IMO it's Zoro and Robin. Maybe Cavendish and Nami, if they're more to your tastes.
The character death that was the worst for me:
Ace. The worst. I mourned for a week.
The character that is the most like me:
I'm a combination of Brook, Robin, and Chopper.
The character I think the writer(s) love:
I read somewhere that Oda's favorite character is Buggy. Good grief.
The character that I just want to be happy:
I want everyone in the Straw Hat crew to have their dreams come true! DX Mostly Luffy, though.
My four favorite characters, past or present:
(In order:) Zoro, Law, Ace, Luffy.
My four least favorite characters, past or present:
(In order:) Blackbeard, Don Quixote Doflamingo, Sakazuki, and Foxy.

GEKKAN SHOUJO NOZAKI-KUN
The first character I fell in love with:
Mikorin. Mikoshiba. Mikoto. Hard not to love an idiot like him. So awkward, so funny.
The character who is my 'baby':
Again, Mikoshiba.
The character who I do not understand:
Why is it that Seo and Kashima are practically perfect? *headdesk* Not perfect as in flawless, but perfect in the fact that jokes aren't as often in their expense (more on Seo than Kashima, who has some balance with Hori, at least).
The character that I think the show ruined:
THERE IS BARELY ANY MAYU. WHAT. WHY.
The most attractive male and female character:
Mikoshiba and Kashima, probably --er, though Kashima is like a handsome woman, and Mikoshiba is like... bishounen. Pfft. Personally, I'm more of the Hori type, though Mikoshiba is overall endearing. Also, Seo is more of the feminine beauty, though she's not particularly girly.
The character death that was the worst for me:
No one's died. Good grief.
The character that is the most like me:
Waka. He's my bro. He's a good, but earnest, and also has a youthful air.
The character I think the writer(s) love:
Mikoshiba. Everyone loves Mikoshiba.
The character that I just want to be happy:
Idk. I kinda want Nozaki and Sakura to hook up before the series jumps the shark, so in a way, Sakura.
My four favorite characters, past or present:
(In order:) Mikoshiba, Hori, Mayu, Sakura.
My four least favorite characters, past or present:
(In order:) Mitsuya, Ken, Seo, Kashima. (Even so, it's not like I dislike them exactly. Er, aside from Maeno.)
