this is my version of the story, if you want Kyoko's then it's at her journal,
cupcakeheart12 I sigh as I stare out the window of the Shinkansen. Two days before spring break ends. Then a new school year starts, and I'll be in high school.
Horikoshi High School, to be exact.
I wonder if I'd see Chinen there. It's been seven years already. I'm sure he's forgetten about everyone in Shizuoka. Including me.
"Tokyo, Tokyo Station," The announcer says. I grab my bags and get off. A family standing nearby waves at me and I walk towards them. I'm supposed to be staying with them for a month while my parents arrange things back in Shizuoka. They'll be our neighbors once we get everything settled and move in.
A girl who looks about my age steps forward and helps me with my bags. "I'm Kyoko," She says. She turns to the boy next to her. "And this is my annoying little brother, Ryo."
Ryo shoots a glare at his sister before grinning at me. He looks about twelve.
Their parents take my remaining bags, insisting that I am their guest, and therefore should be letting them carry everything. I manage to persuade them out of carrying the messenger bag I have slung over my shoulder. Ryo offers me a lollipop as we walk to the car, then unwraps one for himself. Kyoko asks really nicely if she can have one too, but he refuses and proceeds to flaut his lollipop in her face. I laugh and hand Kyoko mine, with protests from Ryo.
"You're going to Horikoshi too, right?" I ask her.
Kyoko nods. "Because it's close by." She hesitates for a while, and then adds playfully, "And also because Arioka Daiki goes there."
I raise my eyebrows at the fact that she's a fan of JUMP. I tell her that Chinen's a childhood friend, and she gives me a look of suprise.
"You have to introduce me to him sometime!" She squeals. "But we'll probably see him in school. I heard that Yamada and Yuto are going there too."
"Really?" I ask, surprised. I let a smile spread across my face. I get to see Chinen again.
Kyoko continues to update me on news about JUMP after telling her I'm not really a fan, and before we know it we're at her house. Her parents carry all my bags to their guest room, which seems pretty comfy. Kyoko offers to show me around, and I agree.
Thirty minutes later, we find ourselves in Asakusa, wandering in and out of stores. We walk past a CD store when something in there catches my eye. I stop to stare at a Hey! Say! JUMP CD and marvel at how much Chinen has changed.
"Mika-chan." Kyoko says. "I'll be back, so stay put." I nod and turn back to the CD. Then I get curious about where Kyoko's going and start to search for her. I spot her in the middle of the road, picking up a ball that some kid's dropped. She tosses it to a boy on the street, and he smiles and waves at her. Before she can cross back to where I'm standing, a car turns the corner at full speed. My eyes widen as I realize what's going to happen.
"LOOK OUT!" I yell. I want to run to where she is and save her, but my feet are rooted to the ground in fear. Suddenly, some guy in a baseball cap runs past me at lightning speed and drags Kyoko away from the path of the car a split second before she can be hit. They stumble onto the pavement and I find myself running to Kyoko and asking if she's okay. We turn around to thank the stranger, who looks like I've seen him before. Suddenly, I realize who he is.
"OHMIGOSH YOU'RE AR-" I begin, but Kyoko covers my mouth with her hand and whispers something about fangirls being in this area.
The guy looks at us and nods. "Yeah," he whispers. "I'm Arioka Daiki."
Sorry I stopped there. I'm busy today but I'll try to update soon! :3
