Ever since I started yoga less than 3 weeks ago, I've been feeling super productive.

Example? Yesterday, I went to yoga at 10AM, went to work for 4 hours, napped for 2 hours and then did laundry instead of being lazy all day after I got back from work. This morning? I woke up at 8:30 to go to a pilates class, did another yoga class, taught 2 karate classes, drove to Staten Island, took care of some errands and hung out with Vitaly.

I haven't seen a great decrease in my weight yet but I can feel the changes happening inside of my body. For one, my thighs are getting super strong. I've also done things I didn't think my body could do anymore. I did a forearm stand, but I'm still working on getting my legs off the wall, and I've contorted my body in ways I didn't think possible.

At $99 per month for 30 classes, I think it's definitely worth it, even it make it to only 15. I'm super stoked to start this new chapter in my life. Next... conquer the stupid LSAT. I hope yoga keeps me relaxed throughout my stressful prep time.
