Fun conversation with my mother while she is putting on her make-up:
Mom: so, why don't we see thirteen on Friday, because you will probably have homework on Thursday.
Me: Um...I was thinking of maybe going to the culver homecoming with Julie...um but is it okay if she drives me there...
Mom: Is it legal?
Me: Well if you write me a note it will be okay,
Mom: Do you feel comfortable having Julie drive.
Me: Yeah Julie is a good driver, and has more experience then others driving. And its not like she doesn't pay attention when she is driving. She is really responsible.
Mom: Okay....But remember to wear your seat belt!
Lol! My mother is so parental! She sounds like some sort of guidance counselor. But the point is I get to go!
