This was beautifully written, and wah...
Dean trust his gut and aims and shoots and there’s blood and Sammy’s screaming and Dean’s not sure if its dead but its gone and they’re alive.

So heart-rendingly (is that a word? :)) good.

And I don't believe Dean to be somebody to switch off from it. He'll read the paper or listen to the radio and something won't be right and he'll want to get his .45 and go kill it. He won't be able to do 'normal'. Maybe I'm just a cynic.
