THE HAPPIEST OF BIRTHDAYS TO bonspiel AND guns_and_butter<3 I hope they're filled with cake and balloons and bubbles and dress ups and face painting and candy and soda and musical statues and PRESENTS and other birthday things <3
I posted my first due South fic! Admittedly, it's pretty unoriginal, and buys into a few of the fandoms cliches BUT, I don't know. I'm pretty proud of it. I think it's a stepping stone in writing the pair more. The fact that I finished something, well, colour me surprised.
On the topic of Jared Padalecki: I'm sorry, I just. I LOVE him, I love the stupid giggle and how he claps his hands when he's amused, and the jokes and the dimples and the way he loves his fans and the way he loves his dogs and the way he loves Jensen, platonically, and I love his big, stupid, self, but I will not, ever, find the muscle upon muscle and the bulging veins attractive. He is a tall man, he has ALWAYS exuded strength and beauty, he did not need to get to that stage. It's just not sexy. THAT IS MY 2 CENTS.
