Why am I not allowed to injure Jim Kirk? Because it comes back to bite me.
I helped caera1996 write/beta "No Good Deed", in which Jim Kirk falls off the roof and dislocates his shoulder.
I was in a relatively minor car accident a couple of weeks ago, just after I helped Caera with that fic. The accident wasn't my fault, but there's about $2,230 in damages to my car, and... as I just found out when the pain got to be too much and I caved and went to see the doctor... my shoulder is separated.
Yeah... I am so not amused.
