Well... I can describe it well because... I've done it. More than once. I rather like it. *grins more* I know that people can't always write stories based in personal experience, but I wish more people who DO have experience would write realistic stuff.

And oh GODS YES, that picture... if I didn't already absolutely adore lizardspots, I'd be head over heels for her now.

When I write BDSM, I try to make it realistic. But I'm really rather lazy when it comes to long sex scenes, plus that's usually the point where vocabulary limitations make it much harder (and I'm too lazy for endless engineering - did that in the beginning aka 2002, but today I rather short-cut).

Here via syredronning. I don't read that much K/Mc but couldn't resist the thought of needleplay. Will say more about the story after I've read the last part but first, I have to say this section is seriously hot. Guh.

The drawing adds another layer of guh, too. Kirk's body language is exactly as I'd envisioned it and McCoy's expression is absolutely delicious. The frown! An eye on Jim and how he's reacting and the slightly sadistic glint in his eyes. :D :D :D

I've seen so few good needleplay fics, and it just seemed like it would work with the character chemistry between these two. I'm kinda stunned at myself that I managed to write it... I like porn, and I'm quite comfortable with BDSM, but I usually write PG-13. I'm so glad people have enjoyed it. I didn't know how folks would react to it!

And oh gods, yes, the art. I kinda went through the run-down of what the scene looked like, giving lizardspots all the details so we were sure the art would match the fic. I mean... *GUH* Her art just about made my brain implode, and I wrote the damned fic!
