So, I got back my second MRI results and went over them with the neurologist, and did a few tests. Basically, I'm about 70% better. I can walk with only a little wobbling/arms-stretched-out now. My stamina still sucks, so I can't stay up very long, but that'll just take time, I'm told. The MRI found nothing too unusual. A couple extremely small FLAIR's (fluid-filled cavities) probably caused by head trauma, illness, or a host of other things at some point in my past. Evidence of "mild sinus disease", which pretty much applies to everyone in North Texas. Other than that, I'm fine.
Oh, and this is pretty good.
