This fic is just for fun nothing more, and for those who read my first fic by this title, that has been taken down and this totally revamped. I hope you enjoy this one a bit more, there will be angst and dark part in this so I hope that does not bother you. This is a rated R and up, intended for those of legal age to read 18 and up fics. Thank you Mija.

Chapter One

Naruto and Kyuu dominated the dance floor. For those who didn’t know them or of them, they would assume that the sexy bombshell with flowing red hair and amber eyes that were almost gold, was the girlfriend of the very handsome and drop dead gorgeous spiky blond haired, blue eyed young dancing with her. They moved upon the dance floor like one, each ones dance moves complimenting and enhancing the others. They were so in sync it seemed as if the moved had been choreographed, that’s how good they were.

A lot of their moves were sexy and hot, yet not at the same time, it was hard to explain unless you could see it for yourself. The two moved as one, every move so smooth and rhythmic, they left their watchers panting and a bit hot under the collar, yet not once did their bodies or hands touch one another in any inappropriate way. There was just something about the way they dance that let peoples imaginations run wild with thoughts and images that they themselves wanted to see.

The two preferred each other as dance partners, but when it came to slow songs or when they wanted to cut loose and get down and dirty they would find someone else to be their partners. Often times than not they often left their partners feeling breathless and hot all over, not to mentioned a bit bewildered. Most of their partners felt honored that they had been chosen if only for a time. In this club, on that dance floor the duo were like stars, the VIP of their small world and everyone watched and stared at them with awe and admiration.

One of the things that made the dancing duo even more unique? They were brother and sister. The red headed golden eyed female the elder by three years to her golden haired, blue eyed and tanned brother. No two siblings could look so different in contrast yet get along so well that they could be twins, or the other half of each other.

Those that knew them, would attest to the fact that Kyuu looked exactly like her mother, even her mannerisms and down to their modeling careers. As for Naruto he of course looked like an exact replica of his father, the only differences were that Naruto was not as tall and lanky as their father had been, he was tall but not towering and he had more bulk and muscle on him than their father had. Naruto also sported three scars on each cheek, which their father had not had, giving the handsome boy a charm even greater than if he had never had them, it only made his gorgeous smile look almost foxy. One other thing that he did not share with his father was his sexual preference, unlike his father, Naruto was bisexual, but if push came to shove, he would tell you whole heartedly that he preferred males to females the majority of the time, yet he still liked both. But on the dance floor he didn’t care who his dance partner was, he would just let the music seep into his blood and the beat move his body till he couldn’t dance no more, he usually only cut out to take a leak or a drink, which ever came first.

After his parents had been killed, music had ben the only soothing balm to his grieving soul, even Kyuu had encouraged and joined her brother in his obsession with music. Kyuu would of done anything to see her brother smile and behave as if he were among the living and not among the dead. Soon even the music swayed and seduced her as well till it became an itch she needed to scratch, scratch till it faded and left her feeling boneless and satisfied.

Kyuu had been out on a modeling shoot in New York at the tender age of twelve, when she had gotten the news that her parents had been brutally slain and that her younger brother was alive but in the hospital unconscious. At twelve Kyuu had been modeling as a pre-teen for a prestigious and ritzy fashion catalogue that catered to the rich and famous, who had children of various ages. Naruto was nine years old at the time and had stayed behind with their father. It had only been when their mother had heard that Naruto had come down with pneumonia. Since the shoot was not over Kushina had left Kyuu in the capable hands of her ex manager and sister figure Tsunade. Tsunade was Kyuu’s godmother and like a loving aunt to both children. The woman would protect the children with her life.

Kyuu could still remember the day her auntie Tsunade had come into their hotel room, crying and babbling as she began to pack all of their things. Kyuu hadn’t understood a word coming from the hysterical woman, but knew something bad had happened. Tsunade never cried, at least not in front of her, she was a strong and scary woman when angered, so seeing her like this scared the crap out of Kyuu who just stood there watching her beloved aunt crying and packing their things.

When Tsunade had calmed down a bit and looked over at Kyuu, she saw how frightened the cherubic child was, confusion in the golden like orbs of the twelve year old girl she adored with all her heart. She pulled herself together as best she could and gathered all the strength and sanity she could muster and told Kyuu the horrible truth about her parents. Kyuu couldn’t believe it, she didn’t WANT to believe it. Soon Tsunade was cradling and trying to comfort the sobbing and blubbering twelve year old, her wailing and cries like a knife to her already broken heart. Kyuu was so traumatized by this that it took a doctor to prescribe a mild sedative for the child. It had been necessary but the thought had always bothered Tsunade as she ushered her young ward onto a plane and back to Los Angeles.

Back home Kyuu withdrew into herself. The only thing that brought her out was Naruto, who still lay in a hospital bed unconscious. You could always find Kyuu in Naruto’s room curled up next to her little brother, running her hands through his golden spiky locks and whisper things into his ear. Nobody knew what she told her unconscious little brother, but the love shining in her eyes and the small tender smile, let other to believe that what ever she was telling her brother were no doubt words of love and comfort. Tsunade speculated that she was not doubt encouraging her brother to wake up and be with her, that she loved him and missed him. Other times you could hear Kyuu singing softly to her brother, lullaby’s or her own made up songs as she gently ran her fingers across the scars left upon her baby brother chubby little cheeks, six of them, three lines on each cheek, like whiskers, made by the madman who had brutally slaughtered and killed their parents.

Their parents Minato and Kushina Uzumaki had been killed in their beds, after they had laid down to sleep for the night. Unknown to the madman who had entered their house that night and stabbed their father six times without him having ever woken up once. While the madman was busy with hurting their mother, a still sick nine year old who had woken up the minute he had heard his mothers first cry of fear, grabbed the cell phone his sister had gotten for him so they could talk when he missed her and she was away.

Instinctively the then nine year Naruto took his cell phone and slunk out of his bed and crawled to his closet and hid as he dialed the very important number his parents had taught him, the number that was not to be used unless it was an emergency, even going into detailed explanations of what an emergency was. Trying to contain his fear and his sobs he called the very important number and explained to the lady on the phone that his mother needed help, that she was crying and screaming and that he was scared and didn’t know what to do. Before Naruto could explain better the madman walked into the door way of Naruto’s room and went straight to his bed, where he stabbed the lumpy bed several times, only to discover that there was no child there. Seeing this Naruto let out a squeak of fear and surprise, alerting the madman to his whereabouts.

The last thing the operator heard before the phone was accidentally flung to the dark recesses of the closet was the nine year old boy screaming, and crying, calling out with fear in his tiny voice for his mommy and daddy to help him, after that there was just nothing but screaming then silence. To say the 911 operator had had to take some time off and seek therapy would be an understatement. The pleas and screams of the nine year old boy she could hear calling for help but unable to help him would haunt her for a very long time. Even a hardened officer would have had trouble listening to those cries, knowing there was no way to help except pray that the officers she had dispatched at the beginning of the call, would arrive in time to help the poor child.

The cops had arrived in time, sort of. They had caught the madman in the process of carving lines into the little boys face after beating him to near death. The madman had heard the police and turned from his psychotic play on the child to the police. The officers had had not choice but to shoot the man dead when he had lunged for them with a very bloody and large hunting knife in his hand.

When the officers found that the boy was alive but beaten and unconscious they rushed him to the hospital. After the boy had been taken care of the officers searched the house and came to the grizzly scene of the parents bedroom. They found both parents on their beds, both brutally slain and savagely cut up. It was such a gory sight, that one officer ran out of the room and threw up over the staircase railing.

The madman who had committed this atrocity was never identified, it was as if he did not exist. They could find no links to the madman and the Uzumaki’s. They could not find a rhyme or reason to why this had happened, why this unidentified man had broken into THIS particular house and did the things he did to this family. No amount of investigating turned up any clues or reasons or explanations. It was a total mystery that they could not solve. Soon the case was sent to the cold case files in a dusty basement and forgotten about.

Naruto was still in a coma while all this occurred, still in a deep sleep as his parents were buried and laid to rest. Even when Minato and Kushina’s will was read and guardianship of the two children handed over to Tsunade and her husband Jiraiya. Tsunade and Jiraiya had been with Minato and Kushina when they had gotten this part of their will done, since both Tsunade and her husband were well off, they urged that all of Minato and Kushina’s assets be put aside in a trust fund for their children, which they could access once they reached adulthood.

Naruto finally came out of his coma 9 months later, only to find that he could not remember anything of that night and hearing of his parents death, he grieved like his whole world had come to an end, and for a nine year old, it had. It wasn’t till a year or so later that Kyuu found Naruto listening to some music in his room once. She saw him swaying to the music and dancing with his eyes closed, a small smile on his face, making the now scarred cheeks stand out. Kyuu decided that if music helped her brother get over his grieving and made him feel normal again then she would encourage it. By the time Kyuu was sixteen and Naruto thirteen they had become totally absorbed by various types of music that they would listen and dance to for hours and hours on end.

A/N-Ya I know, not too good right? But anyhow this is just to try to get my writing juices flowing so I don’t know if this will turn out right or not, but I will try to updates and do what I can. Thanks to all who bothered to read this, much huggs and smiles Mija.
