Cayden's Birthday
We celeberated Cay's birthday at school on 18th Mar. The birthday boy wanted a lego cake and CW managed to get some lego candy during his recent US trip. J got the cake shop to decorate the cake with the candies and the end result was great!
Mr C was very thrilled with it!
YX managed to get to the front of the table and was surveying the cake..
The kids sang the birthday song and we managed to get a shot of the birthday boy with mummy and papa and YX :)
Obviously, it was not possible to leave the kids at school after the party, so we brought them out for lunch. As they had already eaten in school, the adults had a quick lunch at the Commonwealth hawker center and the kids wanted to tie their hair.. yes.. Cayden too!
It started to rain during lunch and our plans for a lazy afternoon at the beach was busted. So we headed to Kidz Amaze at TPY and the kids spent more than 2 hours climbing, running, playing. :) YX went up the playscape with Cayden, who was more agile and much faster. He then slid down the fireman pole which the princess dared not. She started to cry. hahaha and the playscape staff went up to 'rescue' her. Cayden went along shouting that he wanted to save his gf but when the staff told yx that she could actually go down the tunnel slide instead, Cayden chickened out :P He did eventually go on the tunnel slide after a while and the 2 had lots of fun and totally zonked out in the car...they did not sleep though as they kept asking for more playtime together. However, as I had a concall and Cay had dinner plans with the family, we parted at about 5. YX fell asleep at 5 plus and didn't wake up till 7 plus.. totally wrecking the sleep schedule that day... .:P
