though I don't read much
I like the atmosphere of libraries
sometimes I imagine how it would be
to live in the 19th century
I remembered a short report about an edwardian costume ball
and stumbled upon the artist edward gorey
(picture above) some time ago.
his art is rather dark but I like it
and it transports the atmosphere of the 19th/
beginning of the 20th century very well
there's a dark side in all of us
I also like the style of art nouveau
