Hand me the whip Indy, as I continue my search for my holy grail (AKA: A new job). Things post Anime-Next has left me with a renewed vigoration for my place amoung the entertainment world. Speaking one-on-one with Mr. Joey Wheeler himself, Wayne Grayson (who has the coolest name ever!! HALF BATMAN HALF ROBIN!) has me wanting to get into the business even more. He is a class act that took a few mintues to talk to me alone to impart wisdom that only the voice of Mikey of the current Ninja Turtles can. I have a few friends able to help me there and with the location of where he works...well, I may drop a visit sometime soon. Anyways, As I type this out, I'm back at MMC to get my fall act together for school. Signing papers and calling people to yell at them is the order of the day, after which I will be dropping off MORE applications to places. All this, will happen after I watch Yugioh GX on nebs.tk of course, because I do not know when I will be back online and I don't want to fall behind there. A quick rant on the state of a few things....
Wrestling:
ECW...well...that's it...that's the joke, I got nothing. Watching ECW is painful experiance these days. I almost wish that it wuld just go away so that it can stop itself while it can before it digs a bigger and deeper grave. This ECW is not the ECW I watched years ago. ECW was more about the small places and arenas....While not the best places, you knew it was ECW and getting your money's worth back then was a garantee. This modern ECW is held in huge arenas and takes place after the Smackdown tapings, not good. I hope something good happens and happens fast.
Yuigoh:
After going to the 4th round at the anime next tournament (Which was about as organized as a blind pilot), I worked and re-worked my deck to give it a few more touches here and there as it takes it final steps as a deck before I retire it IF I get to Shoen Jump on July 22nd. No matter the result of that event, I will get a small binder, place every card (Except Cyber Dragons and Mirror Force ;) ) and lock it in a vault that is buried 2 miles underground and needs two keys to open it up. That is, of course, If I go to philly in july.....if not, then I guess it wasn't meant to be at that point in time.
Till next time kiddies, HavoK, OUT!
