Everyone in Horton, especially those living around rooms 311 and 312, please, please pay attention before making any open flames. If there's black powder floating nearby or--jesus--dynamite sticks, do not start any fire! If you've got to cook, do it outside or something

Why were you making bombs indoors, anyway?

I wasn't. At least, not here. The ones floating around are those I already had!

At least store them somewhere secure.

...Why are things floating, anyway? Is the apartment haunted or something, now?

I had them piled up in one corner of the room for maintenance. And I don't know yet what's causing everything to float. I'm still trying to find that out myself.

...I just hope nothing worse happens. Maybe I should find a different place to stay until it's over.

The wicks catch fire easily, but the dynamites themselves are easily spotted. So long as everyone's careful, there shouldn't be any problems.

Don't let me stop you from leaving though.
