So, I attempted to ask the Internet how to say "God's horse shall fuck you" in Hungarian, because I couldn't find the quote in the book that I read it in originally. Instead, I found an Ethnology article all about Hungarian profanity. It is amazing.
For those of you who have access rights through University, it's on JSTOR. Vincze, Lajos. Hungarian peasant obscenity: Sociolinguistic implications. Ethnology vol. 24, issue 1, pages 33-42.
The gems, since it seems unlikely any of you will go skim the article:
This is the example showing amplification of a curse phrase.
Bassza meg as Isten (May God fuck it).
Az az égbéli jóstágos hétszentséges Isten rakja bele a mennydörgös faszát (May the heavenly, kindhearted, seven-times holy God knock his thundering prick into it).
This is better than my previous favorite curse phrase (Finnish), Äitisi nai poroja (Your mother fucks reindeer). Wikipedia tells me that the Finns are renowned for cursing, so perhaps there are better phrases I haven't heard.
