I have bats.

Bats are making noises inside my wall, or possibly under the eaves above my window. I don't mind bats, but their presence puzzles me.
What the hell are they eating this time of year that enables them not to be hibernating? Whatever it is, I hope it's not also in my walls.
At least they are bats, not mice or raccoons.
