Reviewlet: 2006 First Sighting Sauvignon Blanc (South Africa)
I made a mistake in that I thought a Saumur-Champigny bottle I had was white and that it would be great with the Tilapia I had to cook tonight. Then I took out the bottle and realized it was a red. I had to pick from one of my 7 white wine bottles something that would go well with fish and this is what I settled on. It wasn't the best of fits. Serviceable but not impressive.
