White Christmas
I went with Derek to Idaho for Christmas. It was awesome, but I think it was a couple days too long. It's a big family and a lot of being stuck inside. It was glorious to spend the whole week with Derek, though. I can't wait till we get married and live together and can spend all our time un-apart. For Christmas, Derek's sister and her boyfriend bought us a sleigh ride through the snow, which was awesome. I broke an icicle off the roof and made myself into an icicle unicorn. There are pictures that probably only I find funny.
It was a good trip, but I got no work done on the wedding. I think I'm going to finally break down and hire a wedding coordinator...between all the stress at my work and all the stress at Derek's, we need some help. If we can find someone who will do what we want for a reasonable fee, we'll do it; if not, the next three months will be extremely stressful. At least a honeymoon in Mexico looms on the horizon.
