It will annoy them that you're going there for that, but show them pictures or describe the problem from last time. Call your doctor to get it approved, if you have to.
That's what I'd do in your position. I've been allergic to poison oak for longer than you, and with at least as high severity. Been to the hospital several times for prednosone, always hated it.
