MY GOD! Could this get any more complex? I'm glad you guys are trying to communicate about it, and I think you're all making progress.
Ad a person who was there during the time, I agree that everyone has matured.
And I also agree that the past should remain just that, the past.
Things have been resolved, friendships have been rebuilt, and others have grown.
Can't ask for a much better conclusion than that. It should be left that way.
No need to keep beating a dead horse (or dinosaur, or any othe whatchamacallit).
It does not need to be rehashed over and over ad nauseaum.
Everyone needs their permanent peace with this. It's not about the past, it about the future.
I hope this can be resolved for once, and for all, and everyone can resume their respective roles and lives, without so much thought to history, no matter how deeply involved (or uninvolved, as the case may be).
All that happened in the past is no longer important. Where everyone is today, THAT is what's important.
