*eventually starts to get cross-eyed from staring at her screen too much* *decides to go talk to Gwen for a bit* You look miserable. *chuckle*

*nods, looking exactly like someone who's trying not to retch* Yeah. Er... rough night. *weak chuckle that leads to a wince* How're you?

*winces sympathetically at Gwen's plight* You ought to be drinking water - coffee'll just dehydrate you more. *has probably never had a hangover in her life, being Tosh* And it won't help settle your stomach at all.

[mightygwen]

*groans a bit, pushing the cup away from her* I don't think anything's bound to help me much, Tosh, save my bed, a darkened room, and maybe a marathon of bad Eighties movies. *chuckles again* But I'm here, so I might as well just... suffer, eh?

*grin* Well, we could always set up a projector down in the vaults and show movies down there - no bed, though, that would just give everybody even more encouragement.

*laughs, blushing slightly* And no one needs that, for sure. *looks shifty for a half-second then smiles a bit* Speaking of... how are you and Owen getting on?

*blushes* Oh, you know, well enough. *chuckles* I'm trying to plan something romantic for him, but I'm not having much luck so far.

[mightygwen]

*smiles* I wish I could help, but the only romantic things I've ever done were well away from Ophara. *looks a bit wistful* But I do remember one of the best dates ever went on was to a toy shop. *laughs, returning to the present* We learned loads about each other, just walking up and down the aisles, pointing out what we used to enjoy when we were children and playing with the displays.

*smiles, taking a seat on the corner of Gwen's desk* That sounds wonderful. *shakes her head* Though I'm not sure it's the sort of thing that would work well with Owen. You know how he is.

[mightygwen]

*nods, wincing slightly and relaxing back into her chair* Yeah, but you never know, do you? He really likes you, Tosh. I think Owen would let his guard down for you.

*shy smile, thinking of the photo album with the pictures of Katie* Yeah, he might. I'm just afraid that I'll choose something silly and he'll end up laughing at me. *chuckles* Though it probably wouldn't be much worse than the time he tried to cook for me back in Cardiff and nearly burnt his flat down.

Well, should all else fail, just wear something revealing. *grins* That seems to work across the board.

*laughs* Well, yeah, but I'd rather not sweep him off his feet like that.

He was going to live with you, Tosh. *giggles* I reckon any sweeping there was to do has been done.

*blush* That was just for convenience, though. I mean, we were going to have separate bedrooms and everything.

*knowing grin* Yeah? And would you have kept to yours? *thinks* Better yet, would you have expected Owen to stay in his?
