Colin Powell spoke at Elon yesterday. Got this quote from my suitemate Ashley:
"People ask me what I miss about being Secretary of State. I miss my plane. It had 'United States of America' written on both sides. They'd roll out the red carpet for me. I'd put one foot on the steps, the right engine would start. I'd step inside, the left engine would start. I'd go back into my private cabin and as soon as they brought me a Diet Coke, the plane would lift-off. It was cool. And then they gave my plane to Condi."
Hahahahafaaaabulous. Makes me like him. He kept joking about how his wife wants him to find a job.
Which only makes me think of "West Wing" and how it is ending and how CJ will need a job. Maaaybe teaching? Or THERE.
