Ha ha ha.
Haven't posted in a while. I also tried to lock all my entries to make it friends-only or something. Apparently I fail so I'll just make all the posts public so whatever. I might also try to have an LJ format so it will look decent. It could be of my fandom of almost a year now, Hetalia. All of the characters are so cute/awesome/funny, but my favorites have to be America and England. Naturally, I ship them.
Speaking of America and England, I'm wondering what to do for the Fourth of July, which is also a day before my mother's birthday. I still don't like hiking trips or anything so I hope it won't be anything like that. We'll probably go out and eat at some semi-expensive place on her birthday perhaps for a good steak. Since she doesn't eat red meat anymore we might go to a seafood place, but hopefully there will be some beef for me to eat (I don't really eat red meat as much either, but I still do eat cheeseburgers from time to time).
I really like the Independence Day fireworks at the local theme park but we usually watch those from a distance. A friend of mine told me she didn't go back there after she nearly was hit by a stray firework (it sounds scary, since I was once singed by a firework lit up in the street, but I can't help but imagine her panic and laugh a little).
I'm feeling accomplished, by the way, because I just picked out all the weeds from the backyard. I hadn't gone out there since my ten-year-old dog died about three months ago. It looks nice, but it's still a bit lonely.
