well, it turns out im not related to kurt, it was just a huge coincidence. but in the process of figuring out my family tree, i discover that im related to the tour manager of shinedown. thats right, shinedown. i am related to shinedown, in a way. my grandpa's cousin's son is the manager, roy fisher. even look it up, he's like my 4th cousin, i think. and my grandpa's cousin, ruth (roy's mom), is gonna go meet the band next month in milwaukee... and guess who's gonna meet the band with her? me! maybe, hopefully. my mom says it can be set up. so yeah, its pretty sweet.
