If you're going to make 'dying' sounds, at least make the right ones. That sounds like you're dying from internal injuries causing blood to bubble up through the throat and out the mouth and nasal passage.

Yeah well maybe it was so bad my body is going on strike and is eating through my intestinal wall and stomach and causing internal bleeding and vomiting.
