What gets you motivated?

Not what inspires you, not what moves you emotionally, but what makes you act upon your thoughts? Who tells you to move? What helps you start the ball rolling? What is your resolve for the moment? Where do you find you mojo? How do you obtain the Eye of the Tiger?
What gets you motivated?
My current remedies, my inhibitions override my functions unless drunk or SUPER-caffeinated. Both resulting with hangovers in the morning. Very few books, movies, or songs fit my OCD of motivatng me to just acting instead of just thinking.
But the one thing that always gets me going is someone telling me what to do. The flaw with that method is no one in my real life shares my passions and is willing to help with my ideas. As a child, everyone helped guide me to become a the person I am today; a confused man who don’t know what to do without help. We all have our own motives and everything is subjective to everyones own needs. So…
