I've been buying and using Japanese cookbooks recently. Yes, sometimes they take longer to use, but honestly, it hasn't been that difficult. They're great because not only do they portion it with Japanese size servings, but the recipes are for 1-2 servings. Perfect for me and Rob. :) I hate that american recipes are almost always for 4 people and are way too big.
