It's stressful, just the teeth and now Tad's teeth is coming to bite us in the ass... well, not literally, since she's lost most of them. That means I am postponing mine until we have more of a cushion, and we won't be able to build the cushion until November...
I'm also stressing about insurance.
Now we have to transfer our current prop insurance to the new place, find a place to get landlord insurance... find out if the wiring in our current place is 100% updated or just partially updated...
It feels like it never ends.
