its sunny
Last night I went and had coffee with Cara, Joey, Elayna, Nicola and Candy and then we bought champagne and sushi and went to this beautiful look out point place and got a wee bit tipsy.
It was a very very basic night but it was great to spend time with just my girl friends, they are sooooo much more themselves when its just us girls.
I have a job interview at Roy Young chemist tomorrow.
Sorry this entry is so boring, i am pretty tired. My cat is really confused because she's used to my dad getting up every morning at 7am to feed her. This was the first morning he wasn't here so she came up to my room and started crying (cat crying that is) and then she jumped on my bed and climbed onto my pillows and put her front paws on my head. I think she thought that if she annoyed me enough I would get up and feed her.
I had forgotten how racist my grandparents are. They spent ages telling me how the Chinese are taking over Australia and how they're going to be in government next, and how they had to put a supermarket in the local shopping centre so the *chongs* can get food. I was absolutely disgusted. My grandfather was in a POW camp during WWII and he still has nightmares (which are fucking scary because he screams like he's in pain in the middle of the night) but I don't want to hear racism especially in my own home.
Plus, my Aunty is Japanese so it makes me even angrier that they are so racist about Japanese people. If this is how I feel on day 1 of being alone with them, I don't want to think about how I will feel in the last week.
