I suppose this will have to be hypothetical ;) i haven't learned that i shouldn'g go around voice my loud ass opinions yet, so.. :D
i think if i was going to live with some one who was my boyfriend/girlfriend i'd wait until i was comfortable enough with them (however long that was in any perticular case) and then move in with them, paying for a two bedroom apartment seems like a waste to me, I mean, personally, if my girlfriends bed is right next to me, i'm not going to be sleeping in mine :D It seems creepy and 1950sish to me... but what do i know...
i like the big smile after "i'm not going to be sleping in mine" which i think generally implies a distinct lack of sleep going on anyways...but what do i know...? :D
It's not about being comfortable enough... not for me anyway (we'd probably sleep in the same bed the majority of the time). It's about having a space that is solely mine when I need one. It's also about having my own bed so I'm able to get a really good night's sleep when I need to. The night before a recital or a test, for example.
I understand. i'm sure we could debate it all day, but it all comes down to the situation: mine would probably be differnt than yours. i suppose that's what i meant by 'comfort' though, a physical and emotional/mental aspect, that you trust someone enough to share your space with them, and also that you know each other well enough that he/she understands when you need to sleep, and so on...
