Finally! Here it is! Marion's new face...
I think she looks a little bit like Sarah Michelle Gellar now... Good thing? Mmmm.... Well, either way, I'm pleased with my very first attempt at this. I didn't know that I could do it at all.
Ok, ok, here are the piccies:
My gothic girl... Hee hee hee...
So, no the job is by no means perfect. There's all sorts of little faults. I had some real trouble with my eyesight, doing this. Looks like I either have to go back to the eye-doc to get reading glasses, or I need to get me one of those awsome big magnifying glass/lamp things. It's probably a great idea for me, considering all the crafts I end up getting into. Beadwork will be easier that way too.
Yup! I shall now pat myself on the back though. I thought I'd end up having to redo everything several times, but it didn't turn out that way. Yippee!
Mediums used: Testors Dullcote sealer, dry artist pastels, watercolour pencils, gloss interior varnish, Windsor and Newton brush cleaner (for removing the old makeup).
Ok, I better post this before
clinicallycrazy kills me for taking so long! :P
