I've tried, but can't login, maybe I have to register ? but I can't find the register menu ^^;;

For the CIA thing, if you see a prompt that says enter your user ID and password, just log in with the user name "guest" (and no password), then the main menu will come up and you can register from there. (However, I think the registration requires a Taiwanese citizenship number.) If you don't want to register, using the "guest" ID you can still view everything; it's just that you won't be able to post comments. (^^)
