Ruminating On Fomenting

So with the passing of the Super storm named Sandy we have picked up one job which we finished today. I've looked at a half dozen or more jobs including one oak tree laying on the roof of a house, but no bites yet. There are a few more downed trees I've noticed in the area that I'll be doing cold calls at tomorrow, worst they can tell me is to bugger off and never set foot on their property again. But I doubt that will happen. I'm still contemplating starting another journal. Just have to figure out a name and start it. Well, here's a picture of the new chipper.

Its a ninety five, but was owned by a township so it was taken care of. It has a eighty four horse power engine on it, though the most interesting feature is what is call curb side feeding. Pull up in front of a house, start the machine up, pull a pin, pull a lever and the main body of the machine pivots so that you aren't standing in the road to feed brush into the chipper.
The day it was delivered to run it through its paces we cut down a twenty five foot tall cedar tree and fed the tree into the chipper, no bogging down no cutting of branches of limbs, the chipper just pulled it in and chewed it up.
That's about it for now.

Keep smiling the joke is on them.
