Well, today we attempted to take down a dead tree for a customer. Mother Nature and the tree won the fight and drove me from the tree. We had everything set up. I had two lines tied in and was working on the third line when the rain started again and the wind began howling twenty miles an hour. I was already tied into two different trees and every time they swayed I was being pulled different around. When I had to pull my left hand off a branch with my right hand because of the cold and damp I decided it was time to quit for the day. So soon we'll try again.
Keep your powder dry and your tomahawk sharp.
Here's a view from the first tree I tied into. Yes I was looking down on the house when I took the picture.
